i love how the female officer they were interviewing says " they were just saying stuff to try to get them to react".. sounds like they dont like it when you turn the tables..
Did you notice the get ale cop was lying thru her teeth she said the guys told the cop I will get paid it failed to tell the truth when the guy said go ahead and violate my rights and I
will get paid. She failed to mention the whole thing. She picked what she wanted and did not tell the truth.
That went perfectly. Dudes knew their rights, cop didnt get all crazy, everyone left. Simple af
the cops only left because they were being live-streamed and they couldn't delete the footage so of course they left.
Cameras sure save lives👍👍👍
@@tularecountyoscarcopwatch7052 Good comment
Actually i wasnt live streaming but they didnt kno that
They committed no crime. The officers are dead wrong here.
what's funny is how little the people like you know about reality..."no crime was committed". brilliant.
NJ Wandering News it’s actually illegal to visit know drug houses 😂
NJ Wandering News Not yet lol they both will be in jail in a week or two
Greg Cunningham They were just parked in front. Where did you get they were visiting it 🤔
Meg Que lol o.k the cops just hanging out randomly in a neighborhood that is upstanding and non violent hmm ok sorry I had it wrong!!!
If it's a " known drug house" why isn't the door kicked in ,people locked up and put out of business??
bluestarsilver because being a "known drug house" isn't enough to kick the door in and raid the house
InDatParish ummm sure is, you wait for someone to leave , bust them and all they have to say is ,that's where it came from. It's that easy
if you "know" that a house is a drug house, you can take that "knowledge" before a judge and get a warrant, kick the door down, find the drugs and arrest everybody there. If your "knowledge" doesn't rise to the level needed for a warrant, you don't know a damned thing.
bluestarsilver
Why don't you become a cop to find out why you cannot just kick in someone's door; however, there is ways to build evidence for a case by stopping thugs like the ones on this video and confiscating their dope.
Bryan Caceres I don't need to be a cop to k ow how easy it is. All it takes is residue in a baggie in the trash, someone snitching ,or even pull over a car leaving the area. It's not hard. I've seen a house searched for 1 gram of weed in the garbage.
This woman has NO idea how the law regarding showing police your ID. Police are not allowed to just walk up to a person or vehicle and demand ID when no crime has been committed. You did no favor to the Tulsa police by airing this story in fact you just proved they attempted to illegally ID 2 black men. Really stupid backwards reporting.
WTF198 you can volunteer to give i.d. but as you can see on the video,
they can not demand i.d. without evidence of a crime being comitted within their view.
WTF198 yes the News idiots sound ignorant. This is what happens when an entire News Broadcast is run by bigots.
They are absolutely "allowed to" we just have no obligation to comply. But it's no illegal for them to demand an I.D., not all demands are always met.
Yes they can demand your ID if no crime has been committed. All they need is reasonable suspicion that you are involved in a crime, whether a crime was actually committed is irrelevant.
@@safetyfirstintexas That's BS. They don't need evidence to demand ID, they need reasonable suspicion. So dumb
"He was trying to get that officer to do something, to react." You mean just like that officer was trying to get these men to incriminate themselves or give up their rights so that he can try to arrest them with no probable cause?
A officer actually left for once I’m shocked 💪🏾
Sitting in front of a known drug house is NOT A CRIME. if its a "known drug house" why they dont raid it ? Oh because they have no evidence that its a known drug house 😂😂
"No one likes to be treated badly" now y'all know why people treating police like shit, it's just reciprocation
Ian Curran people would treat police like shit because that's how they treat the public when you are a minority
@@TheDREK1 I've never seen the public come up to people they don't know demanding personal information. But I can be wrong.

Johnny Bgood they don't need your respect.police are trying to get criminals off the street for your own and your family safty. If you don't feel like cooperating with them it is fine .let the free suspect go around till he lands on you fool.
Johnny Bgood absolutely
@@aliabuzaid3271 That's rich lmfao.. Are you really that delusional?
Cause pigs are concerned for my safty
@@aliabuzaid3271 I used to feel that way until I was harassed constantly. I was put in handcuffs for nothing and guess what lol I'm on probation now because a barback thought I was with a drunk guy, got loud and violent with me and then told the officers I started it. Then the officer proceeded to attack and cuff me when I wasnt even fighting. So tell me where your logic fits in that scenario considering I didnt do anything wrong and yet I was the one cuffed and processed and now on probation. Smh dont talk shit until you have walked in those shoes. If your privileged then great for you but do not assume all cops are good and care for our safety because most dont. To the female "officer". I will quote Will Smith in Independence Day. "Don't Start nothin, it won't BE NOTHIN."
Patrick Trimble I thought that was from Men In Black, but true nonetheless.
@@amorycovers4057 Ahh crap. Well it's funny, still Will Smith and dealing with aliens. Lol. I could hear his voice saying it and thought it was Independence day.
You can tell which side the corporate lackeys of this TV station were on.
😂😂
Exactly!!! He had no business asking them why they were sitting there!!! They handled his ass!!!
The devils
The guy was right he doesn't have to I d him self to police for no reason.
If you're driving you have to give up your ID if it's a traffic stop - those guys were idiots screaming like tools
The guy was also in the passenger seat. Passenger doesn't have to I'd themselves if even the driver has a violation
The occupants of the car did NOTHING WRONG! You can't ask for an ID without RAS of a crime. It's unconstitutional! Sitting in your car in front of a alleged drug house is not illegal. Go to the drug house and deal with the people in there. Let's talk about the words that come out of a cops mouth, otherwise Leave us alone!
so why they interviewing the lady cop and not the guys in the car...ABUNCH OF BS!!!
Because shes the boss and they don't need that bull shit ass hole when there out trying to keep the ass holes off the Streets
If the officer who was violating their constitutional rights went further they would have gotten paid. They do not have to provide their info unless they r breaking the law. They were not breaking any laws. Were they disrespectful? Yes. Law breakers? No
excellent that you are putting your legal degree to such good work.
Actually, if a police officer has suspicion, he can demand identification, but what most do is look for criminal history to back up the suspicion, and they also look for warrants.
Vincent Gatekeeper the guy was a passenger, the cop has no suspicion he COMMITTED a crime, he wasn't driving
jae-hwan cha, being disrespectful isn't a crime.
Read a book? I bet I know more about actual law then you. Every state has a certain statuette that allows them to demand information of who they are addressing. The Constitution is made for common law. If you have a drivers license , ID, or ssn, you ARE under maritime/UCC laws, you agreed to it when you signed for those documents and didnt bother doing a declaration of self. So yeah, when you travel, your under common law and dont have to answer crap, BUT if your traveling and your auto mobile is registered with a license and tags, YOU AND YOUR passenger are under Maritime/UCC laws! You either live under one set of laws or the other, you cant live under both, it dont work like that in the real world! Thats why stupid motherfuckers end up laughed at in court or are thrown in jail!
He does not have to ID just because he is sitting in a car no matter where it's parked. His apparent anger is probably justified. The reporter should be asking the driver how many times he has been harassed and had his rights violated by the police in the past just for being black is a poor neighborhood. I am sure this is not an isolated case.
The reporter twisted the story so the police would look like victims. The police are not victims, the are serial civil rights violators.
The cop can't just walk up to someone and ask for papers. We do not live in Nazi Germany. This is not a police state...yet!
Know your rights!
he is in a car but their is no probable cause to even be asking for an id
do you know fucking stupid you sound??
The failed war on drugs (which is really a war on the citizens), has led to needless confrontations like this, turning our country into a police state.
yup, " THEY" bring it in...thx
Point Blank period officer had no reason to go up to them and ask them for anything in the first place they weren't committing a crime tso the officer was clearly in the wrong here
The pigs ran away because they knew they where wrong
@Gregory Auer it's all good. Them niggaz died of overdose soon after this incident.
No they ran away bcuz it was being FILMED!
There wrong doing was being filmed that is
Facts
The officer had already did something the black man can get paid for. He unlawfully detained him and demanded his ID without any Reasonable Articulable Suspicion of him committing a crime. It makes no difference if the officer had an arrest warrant for the person at that address.. .nor if the cops believed that house was a know drug house. If it is a known drug house why didn't they get a search warrant to legally search that house, and stop harassing people who stop by. I'm sure they didn't do that because they had no actual proof that drugs were in that house. But the cops spins the story. To try and justify their unConstitutional actions. They had no justification to violate this man's Rights. They had no arrest warrant for the man in this video. This cops are corrupt has hell. And that spokes officer said that no one likes to be abused when they are only doing their jobs....well, honey.....it's not the cop's job to violate a citizens Rights....and if you believe that you are just a big of a douche bag as the offending officer was.
"You're not calling the shots here." Unreal. What a waste of oxygen.
😂😂😂😂😂😂🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
I mean he is right...when you are stopped by police, they control the stop and what happens not you. I dont know what world you think you’re living in
@@BOSSxGLITCHES to bad they were parked lol
What I find most humorous All they're showing is the interaction of what the men were saying you barely hear the cop make a few words You Gestapo Need to come back to America you're not living in nazi Germany we don't have to show you our papers
This is how they have always done it...thank God for technology because the media has always brought division with poor portrayals an convoluted realities
I shut em down didnt i
The cops have no right to identify them. Regardless of how these bigots feel. So now according to the news, "they were trying to anger the police officer". No. The cop was profiling.
DoITAll 1911 cops can talk to anyone and ask any questions they want. It's up to the person to decide to answer or speak to them. The cops did nothing wrong. They asked and were told no. They left. The dude throwing a fit in the car looked stupid.
Donaldson Pharaoh you're right. Anyone can be an asshole. Doesn't change that the police can talk to anyone.
DoITAll 1911
Because MSM always sides with the police.
Imagine if they didn’t, the cops (#BLUEISIS) would storm the station and arrest everyone .
I rue the day when one of those MSM idiots gets pulled over and beaten and arrested for having a taillight out.
Goddamn right!
One coward with a badge defending another coward with a badge...I have seen that movie before thousands of times.
This needs to happen more often.
She needs to shut up,the cops were wrong
Sara Whiley did a facebook live to get more cop supporter comments? She has the cops on there explaining how they felt. Where is the interview with a black person who gets stopped by police so that they can explain that side? This reporting appears to be slanted toward supporting the cops.
Exactly!
What a lying as cop! That woman cop said that one of the gentleman said something he did not say! What he said was/is "I'm just waiting for you'll to violate my rights! Yeah, yeah im gonna get paid!"
The lying ass cop said that he said "I'm gonna get paid for this"! The man said nothing of the sort! For this cop to say that he said something he did not say TURNS THIS INTO LIble Slander!!!
Seattle Music History yes he did imply he was going to get paid. He was hoping the cop would drag him from the car and pull a Rodney King. Thank God the cop just walked away..my tax money don't need to support another cop gone wrong.
He said the cop smelled like a foul animal, ie:pig
Seattle Music History that female cop probably blowing off the whole squad that's why she defends that bs
John Smith he says it multiple times, fool
Here is a classic example of cops doing whatever they want regardless of what the law says. They think that badge places them above the law. THERE WILL NEVER BE RESPECT FOR COPS AS LONG AS THEY ACT LIKE THIS. RESPECT IS EARNED NOT DEMANDED.
They really know how to play the game like the cops 🚓
The officer approached him! How is he goading the officer?
Right
Regardless if he was sitting in front of a drug house or a meth lab it's not a crime to sit on a public road
Bryan Cook it's also not a crime to walk up to someone and start talking to them. Yes the officer tried to i.d them , but apparently didn't push the issue that hard. The guy in the car looks like the dumbass
Tx Made I realize that the guy in the car was acting like an ass but the bottom line is they were sitting in the car on a public road is that a crime? The cop didn't do anything because they were not doing anything wrong so he had to ride away.a
I have never in my life gone up to a complete stranger and told them "you're not calling the shots here". If a hostile armed stranger rocks up to my car window and starts up with that kind of disrespectful bull, I'm not going to respond politely because they're not being polite to me. If someone tells you no, accept no for an answer and move on. If you choose not to follow this simple rule, expect the people you're messing with to mess right back.
MistrDamige what in the fuck are you talking about I'm not taking up for the cop why don't you re read my comments instead of being o the denfense and looking for a fight
I said that the cop couldn't do anything to the guys cause they weren't doing anything wrong so there for the cop had nothing to go on so he had to ride away
After being stopped 40 times as a black man, he’s probably sick and tired of being g stopped
This is what every one should do fight for your rights ... drug house, suspicious activity, is what they say to violate everyone
if the police weren't out profiling people , btw. they say it's a known drug house why aren't they out raiding it ? why are the profiling people for just sitting in the car ?
wikki devil uh because you can't "raid" a house just because it's a known drug house
If you know it's a drug house, you should have probable cause to get a warrant and raid the house. If you don't have probable cause you don't know a god damned thing.
To kick down a "known" drug houses door, you only need to prove that it's more likely than not. If you can't provide that level of proof, you don't "know" that it's a drug house. You imagine it's a drug house but as you say, supposition isn't proof.
Unless an officer suspects you of a specific crime, you do not have to ID yourself.
Also, you can be rude nice indifferent because of the 1st Amendment
actually you are wrong.....
B Wiser acually no he isnt, unless lawfully detained in a handful of states (must have articulatable suspicion of a crime or that one is about to be commited) or lawfully arrested you dont have to id
B Wiser plenty of us district couurts (federal courts ) and ScotUS ruleings to the fact
cops on gang detail outta investigate themselves. #blueliesmurder
Cops left because they didn't have RAS and... being butthurt is not a reason demand ID. The guys in the car were being harassed and were very upset about it. I would have been upset as well.
Probable cause, it's the Law,,,why don't Officers follow it?
Good for them!! I see tons of these vids and they had no right to stop them because of the area
Dustin Holness the police didn't stop them. The polite gentlemen was parked in front of a known felons home.
The polite gentlemen. You mean the one who called the cop names and said he was going to get paid, that polite gentleman? The cop was smart enough to leave once he figured out what was going on.
Mike Spain he shouldn't of been harassing people
For where they where parked anyways. Cops bait people all the time why can't we bait them into breaking the law too ???
looptome and is parking illegal?
An officer can ask you for an id or stop you in a high risk area
That cop only left because he was on camera, not because he was a good cop....
Wow a cop that actually follow the law and didn’t violate their Rights
The police spokeswoman said he was calling the cops names so what call the cops and he wants to cop see you're not calling the shots cops always call the shots when they kill people
COPS EARNING the HATE
So glad they stood up for their rights. the police had no probable cause and those men knew the rights..
He acted professional because he was being recorded. And the world knows it
Respect begets respect but to be respectful in office you need to be educated and not act like a better than though asshole cop .
Fox tries to turn the whole shit around
Yup, that's why they showed the people being detained shouting at the cop multiple times before showing the cop being a smart ass and refusing to take a polite "no" for an answer. If he wouldn't take a polite "no", maybe he'll take a rude "no" instead.
He wasn't "trying" to do anything but go about his life without pigs harassing him!
When your only tool is a hammer, pretty soon everything looks like a nail. When you think your job is only to arrest criminals pretty soon everyone looks like a criminal.
Sand Springs needs to learn this or resign.
Lol. If the camera hadn't been that cop would have shot them both.
Patrick M. He should had shot them sitting out in front of drug house they up to no good
How was the white cop being polite? What was his purpose for approaching them? Suspicion? Supreme Court ruled that isn't enough. Did he see them doing something criminal? Believe that they had done something criminal? Or suspect that they were about to do something criminal? Those are the only 3 reasons a police officer has to stop and approach you. Anything else constitutes a fishing expedition of which I don't have to condone or allow. When he approached them they did exactly what they were supposed to do. Challenge his rights to approach them without probable cause. Sitting in a car isn't a crime or against the law. The important thing to notice is that he was leaning in the window and guess what he didn't see or smell. DRUGS or anything criminal!!!
Gregory Reynolds exactly. The police did what they are allowed to do and so did the men in the car. Getting irrate vs being calm and collected to get the same outcome is what's questionable.
Patrick T.
Truth.
@ROSALIE PHILLIPS. Fuck the blue.
the out of control police got paid for harassing them . what's good for the goose is good for the gander.
Ken Huff your right. Cops shouldn't be proactive and look for criminal behavior. Just sit around letting people do whatever they like without ever speaking to them and get paid to do that. Fortunately, society expects more than that.
Hugh Mongus I was waiting for a low character disrespectful human being to step up and here you are.
The encounter never should've happened in the first place
It's this segment here that woke me up to the straight up lies the news tells, I haven't watched tv since, and don't miss it either
So they were within their rights .. next
yall miss the whole point , the police has no business bothering people unless your doing something wrong period. all they were doing was setting in the car.. thats how shit get started. they can say what ever they want to say the police was fucking with them... nobody owes anybody any respect. no i can see if the walk up on the police talking shit. that is different. but your bothering two black people for no reason reason who dont fuck with the police n that is what u get... we are no supose to submit to the police unless we are doing something wrong period. respect or no respect it still doesnt give the right of a police to kill or shoot anybody nor abuse their authority
Øffįcałły Riçh exctly! Can't nobody make the police at violent it just a shame that we have to have video to make them to respect us. It bothers me knowing that the chief of police is proud of this officer for restraining himself but isn't that what he was suppose to do anyway?!
Øffįcałły Riçh
I agreed 100%
Øffįcałły Riçh if you're sitting in front of a known drug house of course you'll be questioned! Just fucking comply and be fucking respectful! I'm a Latino man the times I've gotten pulled over I don't start yelling at the cops. You just be respectful and the officers will respect you back. If I get talked to with disrespect from the get go come on what do you expect!
eddie r You clearly don't understand how the law works. People who are not doing anything wrong, don't have to answer to any law enforcement. These guys are within their rights to say "no, we don't have to answer you". Perhaps you simply don't value freedom.
BeefyTime1 exactly!! Stand up for your rights or this shit will happen.
The people can be as mad as they like. What the people fail to realize is that the guys in the car were well within their rights.
Did anyone hear Him say WE ARE THE CHOOSEN? GOD BLESS AFRICA

Officers antagonize and provoke citizens constantly, so, where's the problem here?
Always!!! Record the 🐖Ss.. They are running wild
The officer left; therefore, this shows the man committed no crime, police harassment.
“No body expects to get treated badly” was the stupidest shit I’ve heard, That cop joined the gang unit.... Btw I’m from Tulsa and I’m glad she made herself look stupid defending that cop
Well if there are not committing an office parked where they were at, then you leave them alone. That's it.. Coming to ask for names or id from someone who hasn't committed a crime is asking for problem knowing how police have been killing blacks
G-child Inc the way you attempt to speak English IS a crime
Since when is it harassment or illegal when one human being asks another human being what their name is?
When you ask another human being for their name and they refuse, if you continuer to badger them and speak disrespectfully to them *"you're not calling the shots here"* you should expect them to be at least as disrespectful of you as you are of them. That's only fair, I would have thought.
When one is wearing a police uniform representing an establishment seeking to charge you with some kind of crime and they haven't given you a reasonable articulate suspicion that you have committed a crime, in the commission of a crime or are about to commit a crime. You know all the things the law says have to be in place for you to have to provide your information. Until that you have the right to privacy and that includes your personal info.
Police were in the WRONG ..... PERIOD!!!!! that cop cannot Just walk up and ask you to identify yourself...PERIOD...
Even if they were up to no good, unless they can articulate reasonable suspicion they are going to or have committed a crime.
And he was not name calling he was telling them their nationality
Fox, the safe space of cops...
They should show one of the 10,000 other clips on how that normally goes...but nope.play the one clip of the cop just walking away.no law was broken, so no i.d. was giving or needed 2 be showed.
The quota hire cop they interviewed was more worried about the guy provoking her fellow blue thug than what the cop was actually doing.
so if the cop would have upheld the oath that he took and fully understood his jurisdictional bounds he would have never engaged the men sitting in the car
The situation would be diffrent if that phone all of a sudden shuts down due to LOW BATT....😰😱
That officer should of left a lot earlier. Most offenders repeat, they will have another chance.
Arlie Waite so do most facist totalitarian racist cops they keep coming back until society figures out that they are goose stepping. The apples of his Eye are waking you should listen... that may save your soul
Just like a racist will sooner or later show their true colors...give them time.
Sounds like the driver identified himself and already confirmed the spelling. After that, he told the officer in his own way, he wishes to exercise his 5th amendment right. For the officer to respond by saying " your not calling the shots" just escalated the situation. The officer was very unprofessional.
Facts i was right he was wrong
And one more, that cop ain't calling the shots either
The title should've been "Tulsa Police harassing black people in North Tulsa".
No Commentz Very true.
amen to that
jimmyfly 😂😂😂😂 hahaha that is to funny man. I promise there's not a prejudice bone in my body but that was hilarious! 😂😂😂
Charles Champion I don't agree with the N word lol but yes he was very much provoking the cop. I will say that..I think it's absolutely ridiculous just how much he was trying his best to get that officer to violate his constitutional rights so he could (and I quote) get paid....
Guitarman 77 so we need more officers who violate peoples civil rights? do you know what illegal search and seizure is? no crime was commited, it was admitted the cop approched them because of where they were parked, is parking on the street illegal? if no crime was commited why do they need to id themselves?
Cops don't srve. There job is to uphold the law.The guy is stand ing up for his rights. So, what's the problem.
And we are proud of how they did the police to.!!!!!
They just flip the script on the cops it was wrong but officers bait you into confrontation also with their approach.
That cop shouldn’t be bothering a citizen who hasn’t broke the law.
taste of your own medicine they talk to us like that and try to make us feel less of a man and when they get what's coming to em somebody goes to jail or gets shot
They were well within their rights to refuse ID.
Police "you don't call the shots here". Just what "shots" did they have in mind?
The police department was proud of how the officer handled the situation... which means the city didn’t get sued for misdoings!
End the war on drugs.
It’s funny how they only show what the guy in the car is saying making it look like he just yelling for no reason
The cops Provoke is all the time he just got a taste of his own medicine
Regardless of those men wanting to get paid doesnt mean that cops can act the way they do! Cop, "he pervoced me, by calling me names and being aggressive. So i shot/tazered/beat near death." Chief," thats what we train you. for keep up the good work."
I think the cop was fishing and those guys, while the language may not be necessary, were well within their rights.
Guy was laying it down!
the woman in the video was mad cause those men knew their right and they knew the LAW, and they knew if their rights were violated they could get paid.
He hasn't committed a crime. He didn't have to be asked for his identity. May be he reacted that way out of tiredness for being asked for ID too often.
Why wasn’t the focus on why the cop wanted to ID in the first place? Only harassment I saw was the cop
Know your rights.
You can assert your rights and not be an assignment at the same time.
We don’t break we don’t fold
If they're not there to make an arrest and they're not detaining the person then they're just part of the problem.
The pig did the walk of shame!!
That does not mean that they were trying to antagonize him all that means is that if the cool violates his rights he's going to get sued. See cops used to get away with a lot of crap and now since they are being watched by cameras they need to act right. Know your rights and use them or else you lose them.
