Gold Plated Ghost a missed opportunity for a great clip title.
Omg 😂😂😂😂
he sounds exactly like the kind of guy to drink a glass of wine at topgolf
seltzer water How to bars get by if all anyone has are two beers or one glass of wine? No one EVER admits to more!
LOL
I wonder what he scored at top golf
He is a loser
HAHAHAHAH
The first thing I do when I get in an accident is call my lawyer. Not my insurance, my lawyer. Like how more obvious could you make it that you're intoxicated.
Insurance companies immediately contact lawyers...well, for multicar collisions but, he didn't do anything wrong for a single MVA. A little bassackwards but...not wrong.
@@harshoperator did you honestly just say he didn't do anything wrong? He's driving under the influence dude
ManateeRL I’m pretty sure he’s talkin about the part of him callin his lawyers not the whole accident it’s self 🤦♂️
Given insurance you might call your attorney first and have them file the paperwork for a claim. Frankly that could speed things up considerably and help make sure you get the full amount depending the context. They didn’t prove he was drunk he just refused field sobriety which in some contexts are notoriously inaccurate. Even lab work depending where/what you’re talking about can be months or years and have had highly public widespread issues of contamination/mislabeling etc. She was getting fairly aggressive regarding the call with the attorney which isn’t exactly illegal from my understanding to do. Driving drunk is obviously dangerous and a significant offense but some of the drivers/criminal records systems have been systematically compromised, people in certain states get arrested for driving with trace amounts of thc which can stay in blood from a contact high/going to state where it’s legal/etc for literally 30+ days even though that quantifiably basically poses zero risk. The guy is a bit odd for sure but people can behave weird when law enforcement is present or after an accident for a lot of legitimate reasons. Just an airbag without car impact can cause significant injury/concussion. Mainly any police contact even for entirely lawful citizens can cause disabling levels of stress/anxiety. It’s well documented. This specific guy absolutely could be legally drunk but it wasn’t exactly proven in any actual material way. It’s disingenuous and dangerous to understate some of the practical, significant documented issues with US LE infrastructure.
Visual impairment due to intoxication is a matter of perspective and perspective is inherently relative. All I saw was a guy who had been driving a drove off the road. He called his attorney which could be related to anything. He could then call a a tow truck to tow his car and have a friend or transportation service pick him up. He should not participate in any physical tests to prove anything to police. For the police to do that to someone who was just in a car accident is irresponsible. He could be physically and mentally shaken up which could lead to false sobriety results during testing. And just because the officer “smelled alcohol” means nothing. She is a police officer not a scent expert and he is in a open field where alcoholic beverages could have been thrown out windows of passing cars and landed in the area creating a smell of alcohol. This guy should have called a tow company before law enforcement arrived on scene to get his car. Not said a word to police and let them book him and refuse all breathalyzer and blood tests. Regardless of whether the tests are taken and what the results are, a good attorney could have that evidence rendered inadmissible on the basis of lack of evidence supporting why they would breathalyze or take blood in a single car accident. Claiming there was not enough supporting evidence to warrant a DUI test of any kind. Instead this guy said he had a glass of wine and thats all they needed. Don’t be like this guy. Keep your mouth shut and let them book you and charge you based on supporting evidence.
"pAm, tHey'Re dEmAnDiNg fIeLd SoBriEty, iS tHaT oKaY?"
You should produce closed captioning for a living because this was spot on lol.
"What happens if I go to jail and I'm not drunk?" Said no sober person ever.
etiquettefiend Hahaha this got me good
Well no not really. He was probably wondering what happens if they take him in on suspicion and he goes back and blows zeroes on a breathalyzer. It's a disrespect to freedom and a person's time tbh.
also how would he get home and who pays his time and his lawyer. furthermore it should be more than OK to consult a lawyer during such a interrogation. his lawyer could probably get him out based on them interrupting this.
he is total drunk he guess just trying her bc women cop? no respect at all to him to her that wont help
StainderFin wth are you trying to say 😂😂
*pam has exited the discord*
Dashboard 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Looks like Pam will be getting some billable hours.
Lmao
😂😂😂
His lawyer friend obviously isn't a criminal lawyer. Nobody is required
to take field sobriety tests and she would have told him to refuse if she was a criminal lawyer. BAC tests are required, however, or else you will get a suspended or modified license for two years in Oklahoma if you refuse. However, sometimes they gets tossed for various reasons, so it's always best to not help the police rack up evidence against you by doing FSTs. Sober people fail those tests all the time. Most importantly, don't drink and drive.
bird law?
@@KendraAndTheLaw in my state refusal of field sobriety test is automatic DWI and automatic suspension of license on the spot
“I missed my exit so I slammed my brakes” lol was he planning on doing a u turn on the highway?
asif naseri my track and field coach did that because she missed an exit lol I was fearing for my life at that point
he more than likely slammed on the brakes and went straight instead of taking the curve like a smart person.
just a dude that has no clue how to operate a motor vehicle.
If you missed an exit, you missed an exit. It's not a big deal. All the sudden movements with careless thinking is what messes up people's lives.
asif naseri of course thats 2019 logic
Drunk logic
Man's got that tone of voice saying yikes. PAAMM!
This dude obviously had a 6 figure trust fund since he was 4
6 figures is nothing for a trust fund...not even worth labeling it as a trust fund...
So much money he can’t see the floor
CeaselessDischarge ma’am
You guys are so lame for trying to fact check this comment, the point stands regardless of the details
@john doughh They obviously just meant a trust fund regardless of the mistyping of six figures

Like he started sliding yesterday and finally stopped when his car went in the ditch today... Lol.. Super DRUNK...
He meant today as in this is what we're arbitrarily up with this of all days. But it was no random incident
VickiLovinmySelf LMAO
Brakes?
No, just you and not "HERE WE ARE TODAY" it should have been "HERE, I'M HERE TODAY" the COP wasn't riding shot gun with you, when you hit the ditch.
🤣😂🤣😂
At least he used his blinker..
Kortney Gibbens 😂😂😂
Those are his hazard lights lol
Felicity only one is blinking
stay lifted oh oops sorry I’m a little stupid sometimes
hazard lights automatically turn on when you crash.
My dude is just stambaling in a pastor lol
pasture, man. A pastor works at a church
Joe Churchill True just sounded like he said pastor
Hey werent you just in a pasture stumbling around dead drunk? Get back to jail!
The last time I was caught stumbling in a pastor I got excommunicated.
Hahahahaha
That dude is from Edmond for sure. Drinking wine at Top Flight, crashed his Infiniti, and immediately calls his lawyer 'friend'.
Pretty accurate
My guess would be he was returning home from an evening at the Hotel Habana
Lol, he really thought he could talk his way out of this one. I’m in pasture! You’re in some grass on the side of a road.
Pasture..? Its called a pastor.
Samuel Astrom pasture is a thing look it up
‘and Your stambling because I’m in a...’

A "pastor" is a religious leader in a church.
A "pasture" is land covered with grass and other low plants suitable for grazing animals.
Maybe you should use your brain or do a little research before you publicly try to correct someone's grammar lmao...🤔😋
Ma'am... Hostile environment not required 😂😂😂😂
Chris Dunivan bahahahaha I’m dead 😂😂
😂😂😂😂
If you are trying to get out of a field sobriety test you are most likely gonna fail it
If you do any field sobriety test, you’re gonna fail it...welcome to a cops “judgement”
That's why you always refuse no legal obligation to preform them and don't give up blood or blow with out a Warrant in hand
@@josephmatthews4303 but a judge almost always signs on a warrant for a blood draw so good luck with that loo
Also if you feel you are barely over the limit there can be a long delay to get your blood drawn if they have to take you to a hospital. By then your blood alcohol level might be under the limit. Seen it happen a few times
31 Booth not necessarily. FSTs aren't required because they aren't accurate. You can refuse it. But if you refuse the breathalyzer at the station... That is a problem.
This suspect reminds me of Mr Garrison from South Park.
He does sound like him....lol
Without mr hat.
I was thinking of the bonsai tree office guy from an old cheetos commercial.... " so I said, that's not a smell that comes out of a person..."
haHaAaha
hahaha
He's clearly drunk. Way more than I glass of wine.
"a hostile environment is not required!" hahahha
#1 comment 😂😂
"I'm sure Pam can help him out there." Hitches up pants. Job done.
Love the way this officer takes control. Very professional. Stern. And by the books. Seen her in several videos. This department is blessed to have her.
Update: It turns out Pam doesn't exist.
Makes sense though. i've gotten this drunk at the OKC Top Golf too
Cwendt2013 I’m dead
Yeah man and the highway is right there its a good way to get a dui
I work at a topgolf too and the other day this dude got soo drunk that he couldn't even make it out of the parking lot and hit 2 cars

He sounds like him for sure and hearing Roger talk his way out of it too.
Lol brilliant
You know Pam is tired of his drunken self...
I learned something new today. When caught in a SCRAM, call PAM!!!
And don't crash into a dam.
DragonAurora facts.
When your car screams WHAM, be sure to call PAM
Lol
I'm pretty sure by him calling his lawyer first and the way he was acting that this is not his first DUI
If he had a dui he would have known to take off running the moment he crashed his car. Its alot better to get charged with fleeing the scene, they cant prove you were drunk the next day.
VanBikeSkiandFish Boilermaker Exactly! I’ve heard of a guy that I was able to hitch a ride with a stranger in town who was drunk and when the police found the wrecked car, all they were able to charge him with was leaving the scene of an accident!
He gets into an accident with all airbags deployed and the first person he calls is a lawyer friend of his, not 911
Pam is now 72yr old, watching her grandkids get married while on the phone with this guy 😂🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
He's stumblin, bumblin', and fumblin'!
No touchdown. Game over.
“Stambling??” Lmfaooo okay 💀
She knew when she said
You can call Pam later
She meant when he gets to jail lol
Well handled. Didn't let things go on and on due to non-compliance with lawful requests. And by being direct and efficient, she was able to remain absolutely calm.
Is that your expert opinion? Thank you!
Fun drinking game, Take a shot whenever you hear mama and Pam lol
Her name is Mystal?? No wonder she became a cop.
"he'll be goin' to 'County' tonight.." that always cracks me up as much as "Pam can help him there"
Props to her for not smacking that bloody phone out of his hand! When he started in on the hostile environment part, I couldn’t stop laughing!!
I really like that police woman . Nice , polite but not wimpy . Gives calm clear directions , no messing about , no nonsense permitted , getting the job done . She’d be a great parent .

Pam was actually watching this show live and laughing her butt off :)
"all air bags deployed" That car is a total loss.
Not if you tuck then back in with duct tape
I had a mustang that was totaled and I just ripped the airbags out, put the covers on, and no one ever knew the difference, I had a garage that would give me stickers for $100 bucks.
Good riddance. No one will miss an Infinity 😂
Even with only 1. It’ll be totaled. Just like my fiancé’s..
She’s ok, sober. Fell asleep behind the wheel and spun out n hit the guide rail. No other parties involved.
Only 1.3 miles away from home..
This officer did a great job trying to be patient with this person, very professional and great judgment. This officer gets an A+ in my book
She INTERFERED WITH HIS 6TH AMENDMENT RIGHTS!
No she didnt do a great job. she was acting like she is a GOD. wtf its wrong with you mitch and its her job to stay there all night if she need
Pam isn’t a lawyer. She just watches a lot of law and order
I like how he asks "pam" if its okay for the officer to do her job. Like pam ain't here

There's a reason he was already on the phone with a "attorney", before the cops showed up, he knew he was going to jail lol.
In a ditch on the side of the HIGHWAY. “Ma’am I am in a pasture at this point”. So you’re drunk drunk got it
And here we are today 😂🤦🏼♀️
Hostile environment is not required 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
@1:04. Actually no officer, he nor any citizen has to speak to any officer at anytime, he should have excersise his right to remain silent and demanded to speak to his lawyer or a lawyer period since she was likely going to detain him if he'd excersise his right to silence. Why do cops have such an entitlement mentality?
why do citizens
She is all the way wrong on this. The cop is wrong.
