I noticed it's quite common in the US even for people that have simply committed a traffic infraction. Many people that appear on these types of shows, even those that are criminals, often don't have a drivers license on them and it seems like it's the most normal thing in the world. Seriously wtf, if you are going to go drive your car you have your drivers license with you it's that simple.

We're on the southeastern part of the country and there aren't any blm lands, national forests are mostly wet, shady( not good for the solar)
Beach parking areas are full of those mofos, making noise( I guess they're getting their checks from the government and able to run around and make the noise till 2 or 3 in the morning!!

Ran Ders I can. Troopers are excellent when it comes to anything with a motor in it. However, as they do not take “normal” 911 calls for service unless they’re responding as backup for another agency, troopers are not required to have working knowledge of the paperwork side of your “standard” 911 calls, such as assaults, disturbances, etc etc.
