I don't know if it's a bug but I only need one "Divine Dragon Altar" and I don't know where it is, it says I already have it, and I would like to know what zone it is in, but I can't find that point.
I can't unlock the new scenarios. They appear in the map with the red ! but they don't unlock... even tho I receive the text after taking the picture telling me that they are unlocked... everytime (the message I get everytime is "... has been compiled into the Adventurer Book"). And its still locked in the book. Weird.

According to the developers, this bug will be fixed after the maintenance today
..tried this one, but not all NPCs are available to get those anecdotes, but still, thanks to this..
You should finish shinra box quest first to trigger them.
There's no pre-requisite to doing these anecdotes. Which NPCs were you not able to find?

hitting flower beds reduces stamina, might take a while for the prompt to appear if u have yellow ct. better do this quest while u have fresh stamina
