The thing is... The more complex the character progression, the more this game gets turn into a chore instead of just relaxing gameplay... Good thing they tone down the mechanics
Sure if you just go back, but for me who already back almost two years ago, nothing much going on. We are just chilling, doing weeklies with friends and guildies, gvg and pvp when season started. Heck im afraid that would happen on zenny server, because zenny is the main resource, you need to maximize every little bits of farm, so mini mvp hunts would most probably hellish
They should tone it down more. The player based got older and have lots of priorities. They should maintain the quality of life of players. Taking too much of the players time to make money means reducing the milk gravity can get lol
i really hope ROM Zeny Only will be success..and show that there other business model that could work..other than heavy pay2win business model like TRO..
it's just the same just buy multiple bundle of zeny with real money simple🤷🏻 but the team also need to put micro transaction to their game so that they can maintain the server and has funds for their game so if this game has a f2p friendly and what benefit spenders will get if they are heavy spender? exclude the bundle of zeny? any opinion?
fund the server, you give the devs their salary so they remove the micro transaction entirely, some people will always complain without thinking the other end. its good for everybody if you dont play if you got complaints.
too late, 6 years too late I kinda burnt out from this game, while this probably much better server for F2P and low spender but the thought of starting again from beginning is kinda hard pill to swallow for me wish it was like this from beginning, no bullshit heroes job that probably in the near future this game has more heroes jobs to play rather than classic jobs itself, in other words, less of ragnarok
RO M eternal love (same dev) has PC version (native PC not emulator based like origin) n its super smooth even during guild war no lag. Im sure the dev will implement it into RO M classic once its officially launched
The game's publishers definitely has to have a way to monetize this. Without watching the video, I'm guessing =10,000z. And =10,000,000z. I'll edit after watching the video if the video proves me wrong.
you can buy zeny, theres still a whale but compare to the normal rom at least f2p can chase the whales since everything is buyable and can be farmed, just that whales will get bored quickly and f2p will have fun playing the game instead of slapping money, sad to be those competitive fools who cant spend mentality, the good thing on this server is nothing is Exclusive to anyone.

I think they will update it in the future when a lot of players stuck at T3. It unlocked a lot of potential for trial and error on T4 Job with every equipments are basically easier to buy.
This version dont has that costume/headgears 1% atk/matk deposit which is the biggest culprit to the gap between whale n f2p..nor advance rune systems n relics.
It just blind u with the tag "zeny only" thinking whales will not be whales. If whales wants to advance they can still buy zeny to advance.. BUT since it is zeny only, F2P players can somewhat.. catch up.. by farming their ass and hopefully get a good drops to gain good zeny. Though whales may not enjoy this game much cos it will be totally different experience for them not having advantage by getting gacha attributes (atk/m.atk%). Nevertheless! Let's see us all there and enjoy it once again UTC+7🎉
