SMBX2 - Kroctopus WIP

After a couple days while collaborating with MegaDood, this is all I got so far for Kroctopus. It directs its claws slightly-less-concisely than the DKC3 GBA. But at least it's done. Also, it has extra settings for its tempered rampage and phase changes to trigger events. Kudos to DrMekar for requesting this and MegaDood whom collaborated and whom I'll be donating it to his Donkey Kong Pack.
