[SMBX2] Custom Orginal Cryo Blaster Boss Showcase WIP

This is Cryo Blaster. Inspired by a Mobile Cannon boss from Mushroom Kingdom Fusion Revival and I conceptualize this in the 4 bosses each with different elements and the other future boss with all 4 elements. It goes over 3 phases in how it attacks. After that, it has a kamikaze attack before defeated. Sprites by Prism Emerald. Some NPCs are from MegaDood and Deltom.
