    Couple of Questions
    1) for selenium: when you are not having chayomas - do you take a supplement? or eat a brazil nut? what other foods would you recommend?
    2) I can't seem to get the raw diet to hit my protein markers on chronometer - any tips or suggestions? already drinking and eating tons of fruit /oranges/juice ..I'm like at 70% on them so not too far off, but just not hitting them completely :/

    • @NathanMulder
      @NathanMulder  Год назад

      Hello! I eat Brazil nuts yeah, one a day is enough for selenium. As for protein, more greens is the easiest. Adding in greens into your smoothies / juices and more greens into a salad if you eat one. Nuts and seeds can also provide protein, but they come with a bucket load of fat and can be harder to digest for some.
      Melons are also nice for protein, especially watermelon. Then carrot juice is also nice for protein, you can mix it in with other juices for taste.
      My protein intake is somewhere in the range of 55-70 grams depending on what I eat.

    Wt is the solution for Natural unprocessed vitamin B12 in Raw vegan journey bro

    • @NathanMulder
      @NathanMulder  2 года назад +1

      Thank you. At the moment none. Taking b12. Until you grow your own food in balanced soils and drink pure natural water, I don’t see many ways of getting adequate b12 without supplementation.

    Do you wash your fruit and salads before you eat it?

    • @NathanMulder
      @NathanMulder  2 года назад +1

      Yes I do, but only selective. The water quality here in Spain isn’t anything to write home about. But I have just gotten a water filter so I will wash everything now.

    So I know everyone has a genetic potential with their muscle mass with this way of eating allow someone to get to that limit ?

    • @NathanMulder
      @NathanMulder  2 года назад +1

      Hello, what do you mean with reaching your genetic potential? Do you mean your genetic potential in regards to the most amount of muscle mass you can build with your genetics? In that case, do you mean your natural genetic potential or your enhanced genetic potential? Reaching your natural muscular genetic potential takes years and years of training. Some people manage to reach it after 5-10 years of consistent training. I don’t know if it is possible on this diet, I don’t think anyone has tried in that sense, as getting the biggest you can be in the sense of genetic potential isn’t really a goal of people following this diet I suppose.
