This Utkarsh fellow did nothing but put his naivete on display.
He didn't even realise while blurting out ....."it's silly for us to say that there should be no talks without discussing Kashmir".... that this is actually the 'pakistani' stand not India's . India puts emphasis on discussing 'terrorism' first (a perfectly reasonable demand by any measure), it's the Pakistanis who keep shifting the focus on Kashmir.
Such a dunce, he hasn't cared to read up on issues and here he's on a panel discussing foreign policy. An absolute waste of air time.
@@shashanktangwan6104 he does have valid points. its possible or not different matter. but what he is saying is you do fights but let's do trade also. that depends on political decisions. take the example of Japan, they have a problem with China but they do trade lot with China. there are many other countries do the same. maybe for Ind and Pak its difficult now bcz these 2 are still young countries. but after 50 or 100 years, sure they will come to a similar understanding.
I could totally relate to his anger.. if these same people say relations are based on bilateral interest..what do u expect to get from Pakistan except radicalization and terrorism..repeating mistakes two times is fine..going over that is foolish.we will not change Pakistan unless it decides to change itself..the founding principles of that country is communal..their state faith is medieval and is being fed to them since 70 years relentlessly..you will not resolve all that in one day.

Very crisp and clear from major Gourav Arya and Abhijit Mitra Iyer which India needs to be followed. India is a noisy democracy while communist China fully controlled by CCP don't bhave transparency and accountability. Utkarsh idea is only good if China is a weak power and people of that country make major decisions. But it doesn't, only CCP decides. China, Pakistan, Turkey and Malaysia is the biggest threat to the world.

@@raunakshukla1918 he wanted to chose gripen because they are less expensive and will come a lot more in number but then he welcomed the rafales also it is true that India cannot make 5 th generation fighter jet it os the harsh reality we still don't know how to make engine of fighter aircraft I am a lover of rafales but till the end of this year almost 36 rafales will come in India just think if India would have chosen gripen it would have been made in india and many will come from outside also and it would also assist Tejas in missions and we could have ordered rafales in mmrca 2.0
