Sub 5 on the bike is definitely doable with a decent TT bike, good bike fit and a flat course. 2:35 marathon is extremely ambitious. The best guys in the world have a hard time running under 2:40

6 50/mile is closer to 4 16/k basically sub 3 marathon pace
Since you parted ways with Stryd I guess you could ve used the pod to get a more accurate measurement for on the treadmill😅
