Im just confused about why furies in the game. I played binding of isaac arnt the horse men, famine, pestilence, war, and conquest. They didnt even finnish the four horseman before going to the 7 sins

Meh the already did the best one which is Death strifes gameplay will be weird with guns gonna have to change the whole gameplay for him.
@DrIvanRadosivic Strife is a ranged type of character so i can see him having a lot of guns apart from his two main pistols.
+ElementalGamer07 He "popped up" in a comic that came out right before the original came out, along with everyone else. The comic was mainly about a younger War and how he lost his arm. Almost killed Fury after going on a rampage in a war with the humans before Death stopped him, cutting his arm off to teach him a lesson. It wasn't all too long, but I really enjoyed it. They may have changed her appearance from then and now a bit though, not entirely sure, been awhile.

You serious? She is so generic from her name, through her persona, to her weaponry, that there is a ton of parody about her blandness, before she actually existed. Because she is just _that_ generic...

While I absolutely adore Joe Madureira's artstyle, I agree with all other comments that her design is generic and boring.
Not that after the bore-fest that were War and Death I expected something different, her shite design was already present in the artbook of the first Darksiders. She makes Overwatch's characters look somewhat interesting, and that say it all
The character designs are what happens when an artists doodles random shit on his characters and then accidentally hands that in.
The combat seems to have added DMC's devil trigger, bayonetta's dodge and dark souls health system into the Darksiders formula. Looks fun.

Yeah it looks kind of neat, I havent played any hack and slash games lately (im on xbox so no GoW for me 😅) and I think this might fill that niche for me.
It plays like darsiders two, but clunkier. And the health system with the health crystals is from darsiders 1. Although green souls still work the same. And the "devil trigger" is just like darsiders one and two. Still looks like a good game, and I can't wait to see where the story goes.
@@Lanewreck The way you take a lot of damage per hit and have to stop to heal doesn't look like how it worked in 1, and i know 1 and 2 had special forms, but they just made you op, they didn't work the way devil trigger does at all while in here it looks very similar.

One of my favorite things about Darksiders is it's set on Earth
Someone CLEARLY haven't play Darksiders II (or not remembering)
I think that's why people weren't so bothered about Darksiders 2, it tried to conform to what most, if not, every other fantasy games were

Nah.....it was the rpg elements. Didn't work very well. And the world was too big (felt empty) compared to the compact world of Darksiders 1
Also, the interior of the dungeons are VERY SIMILAR (replaying right now) which gives the feeling of repetitiveness
But death was amazing character, cool weapons and bosses. And cool worlds (especially the underworld....goes very well with you playing as Death)

I'll be honest, the game looks much better than I expected, specially gameplay. I'm actually excited now!
First glance, I like how the combat is practical over flashy. Fury is always facing her enemy and doesn't really have "spin moves" (looking at you Witcher 3, DMC, and every Platnium Game ever).

I'm glad they simplified the RPG elements. As much as I love part 2 starring Death, all those numbers and stats were overwhelming and checking your inventory every few minutes when ya pick up new loot was jarring.
Darksiders was the game of my childhood darksiders 2 was the game of my teen hood and hopefully darksiders 3 will be the game of my adulthood

I love that it seems like, where darksiders 2 kept gameplay pretty much the same with some improvements but changed the loot, darksiders three is revamping gameplay as well to be more...well...darksoulsy. i am very hyped for this game

The animations in this actually look pretty nice, at first I wasnt too keen on this game but seeing some gameplay has piqued my interest.
now this is more DMC than the new DMC microtransaction
One thing I like, is how they change the combat for each horseman, For instance, Fury needs to dodge more, and fights fewer enemies in groups, due to the fact she's weaker than War, and Death, Who especially death slaughtered far more enemies at a time, while War fought fewer, he also was beefier than either. Makes me wonder how Strife will work.
