I just finished watching It Follows and I have to say, it's one of the most chilling horror movies I've seen in a long time! The slow-building tension had me on the edge of my seat throughout the entire film. The cinematography is gorgeous and the haunting soundtrack perfectly sets the mood. The concept of a relentless entity following its victim is executed brilliantly. I highly recommend this movie to anyone looking for a scary and thought-provoking thriller. Trust me, you won't be able to shake off the feeling of unease for days after watching it!
I love that the only normal death in the family was daniel's, he didn't die from the curse. He was the only good person in the family and he died protecting grace.
@@Loonaurtheworld I think by ‘normal’ they meant that he died like a good person, protecting Grace. the mom however still tried to kill her. but yeah, both of them didn’t die of the curse.
I’ve always taken it that Alex lost Daniel and then his Mom. Once he realized Grace wouldn’t stay with him Alex realized he had no reason to help her so he was willing to sacrifice her. The three people he loved he lost in a way. The thing is even if they didn’t die, Grace definitely wouldn’t have stayed with him.
You guys are quickly becoming one of my favorite reaction channels with your horror reactions. Just a couple suggestions if you haven't seen them: Cabin In the Woods, Wrong Turn (original from 2000s), Joy Ride, Jeepers Creepers.
Alex was trying to be normal but in the end he was just a selfish man, he could have saved Grace from all this by not marrying her. Or he could've told her before, just like Daniel did with his wife. And to make it worse, because she would not stay with him after his family TRIED TO KILL HER, he wouldn"t help her anymore. He was selfish from the begining. Daniel was the only one worth saving in this family 😂 And the deal is that they have to play, she won, but nothing would happen to them because they played... But they were so afraid that they wanted to kill her anyway, so they didn't play by the rules and died.
Yeah, or that closed him out of her family I know earlier in the film that she mentioned she was in a few foster homes but she still has family out there somewhere and when he tried to take her back and she didn’t accept him and then divorce him that meant she no longer wanted him, and he was no longer part of her family and full le domas and that’s what basically killed him
when the trailer dropped for this movie i thought it looked so stupid .. but honestly is in my top 5 of movies in general lol i love samara weaving and i personally think all the actors killed their roles .. plus the little comedy u get in this is so funny
The actress of Grace is actually thre actor Hugo Weaving's neice which is cool really. I thought this movie was nuts but that is what makes it so good as well because it's a horror comedy and is done so well. It wasn't what I expected it to be and I actually liked it.
When you were talking about a sequel, all I could imagine was Grace finding Satanic families and marrying into them on purpose to do this again and get rid of them😂
What I wanna know is if you know what your family has to do, why would you marry someone? Like, just make sure your partner know that you have no wish to marry from the start.
And you thought samara weaving did a amazing job in ready or not wait until you guys watch scream 6 she also great in that also and a fun fact the Director from ready or not are the same people who directors scream 5 and scream 6 so yeah good one right
I loved y’alls reactions to this. Blue bloods are generationally wealth that’s able to trace their lineage very far back. This was just a very fun movie to watch. I love y’alls channel. If y’all don’t mind I would like to recommend the movie Elvis. I’ve yet to see a good channel react to that movie. I hope y’all consider it.

The chick kept upsetting me anytime someone was trying to catch her or kill her she would say the dumbest things! Are you getting a prize? Are you blood related? OMFG HOW HARD IS IT TO UNDERSTAND THAT THEY WILL ALL DIE IF THEY DON'T!!! SMH I am pretty certain that was made clear from the beginning and constantly throughout the movie, but she never got it IT WAS DRIVING ME CRAZY They make mistakes for other movies as well and it's really hard to hold back
@@cablemurdock5266 no, they were under the impression that they were either lying about dying if they don't kill her, or they truly thought they would die... but it wouldn't actually happen, and nobody would die. It's called confusion. And I think she was having a problem hearing things, because I noticed on a few occasions they'd be watching it - while paying attention, not really talking - and he had to tell her what had just been said. Other reactors, all they do is talk and talk and talk over everything. Those reactions are more like conversations between friends interrupting a movie... if they were at a theater.

So a theory I heard on the last reaction I saw this I now believe is canon is that the demon Mr LaBelle chooses the game hide and seek for people who would never fit in the family as they would never play along with the demonic s*** they have to do so they have to be eliminated from the family sacrificed with hide and seek IE good people go bye-bye
A similar movie in that it was a new girl meeting her significant others family who are rich weirdos and some murder occurring that I would like to recommend is called your next
