Hi, thanks man. Its really up to you and what you need, Piaggio MP3 has bigger displacement and 4t engine, overall is more reliable&better for commuting on larger distances. Whereas SR50 has huge room for tuning mods. Its hard to believe how insanely fast those small 50cc scooters can become + SR50's look is unique, with some mods you can make it even more eye-catching and make people turn.
I have the stage 6 big brake rotor setup and I am very curious as to how you are gonna adapt that 4 pot caliper. My stock caliper is within 1 to 2mm of clearance of the rim. I also have the the same CNC stem/handle bar mount only in grey anodized and Im so curious as to how your build turns out. Flashed ECU, HGT fuel pressure regulator, water trap for fuel injection, Malossi Delta clutch, Malossi white Contra spring, Polini Variator with 7gram rollers, Polini kevlar belt, real carbon fibre front fender off old gen, diamond plate floor boards, Arrow jet coated exhaust, various transparent blue body pieces. Smoked lenses and integrated L.E.D. taillight from STR8. Aprilia kickstand and wheelie rack. As Im sure it wont beat yours I run 63mph on stock bore which I think is impressive. Oh and I have a 1 of 5 Ohlins rear shock with reservoir. Cant wait for your next vid. Good job.
Speaking of the front brake system I will be using the stage6 adapter for aprilia. This adapter is designed to be used in conjunction only with 250mm discs, thus I’ve done some further custom work to get the perfect clearance from the rim and the outer surface of the brake disc preventing the calliper to knock against either the one or the other. Now some coating work is left and the front brake will be top notch.
Could you give me said part number and where you bought it please (Website?). I do understand if you choose not to but I would definately be appreciative. Thanks for your quick last response. Your build looks great!

За карбуратор говорим нали?Ограничител е. Сигурно е шайба между вариатора и перката също слагат и една пластина между клапите и колектора която възпрепятства горивната смес.
Ще му купя сега гуми тъй като ги гледам гумите му са произведени през 2012 задната е изтрита но предната по бива но ще ги сменя , тъй като съм новобранец :) да не се поставям допълнително на риск , за сега се спрях на пирелли диабло россо 3 ако имаш нещо за предлагане давай ,а и благодаря за бързия отговор ще има да ти пиша сигурно бая работи за априлията гледам че си профи по скутера ,ако нямаш нещо ма против де , благодаря пак 👍

@@Sa1nt_LT stage6 rt manifold is suitable for carbs 21-28mm. The hole of the manifold is a bit larger than 28mm and also flexible ruber, it is ment to expand when you put the carb in it

Hi there, How slow is it? Every stock aprilia sr with carburetor should do 80kmh. If does not that means its restricted and you should remove the restrictor. If it already does 80kmh and you want to go faster in both top speed and acceleration you should change cylinder exhaust and variator. Changing only exhaust on stock cylinder does not worth for me because it has very little to no impact.

I assume you have piaggio carb engine. For cylinder around 10hp, for daily use: dr evo 70, malossi sport 70 or stage6 streetrace. A bit faster is polini corsa 70 around 10-13hp. These are all cast iron kits. Exhaust: stage6 pro replica Variator: malossi multivar, stage6 sport pro Carb: if original is 17,5mm you can keep it or better change it to good brand 19mm.
@@ApriliaSR50Customs thank you dude your a life saver, having issues with bogging and spluttering, running similar set up and wanted to know the right jetting ect, how many turns out on the air/fuel screw did u do with the 110 main jet thanks
@@dannyjames8324 that i dont remember exactly but it should have been around 1 1/2 turns. Check your spark plug, she will tell you. And if you need more than 3 turns on the air screw for the engine to run fine, then you need bigger jet.
Ik heb geen plannen op de brommer in NL te rijden maar ik ken wel iemand die met succes een stage6 RT70 brommer heeft aangemeld in RDW Veldhoven met 70cc in papieren, er is mogelijk en dan geen problem met politie

Tell me what is you carb and cylinder. Usually noozle around 80-85 and 1-1.5 revolution of the air screw is used for sport setups
