Bro, here’s the thing. You are doing something that thousands of kids around the world will only ever dream of doing. You live a life and get experiences that very few people ever will get, and it won’t last forever. If you aren’t enjoying it then you are wasting every moment. Do what you love, and love what you do. You have grown tremendously since I started watching your channel shortly after you started it. Your riding has been improving and you just keep growing as a person, we all see that. There is no need to ever stress about winning or losing, just live in the moment man. You are one of the few people that were lucky enough to even get the chance to do what you love doing for a living.... do me a favor next time you get stressed out. Step away for 10 minutes, close your eyes, and just listen to where you are at, and remember that being where you are at means you are in the top tier of riders in the world. When you consider every person that has ever thrown a leg over a dirt bike, only a small percentage has surpassed where you are at now, majority of riders are still riding in the woods behind their house. Keep moving forward, keep doing the best you can, and keep being the person that you are.

@@AjCatanzaro What I really enjoy about your race day vlogs is that you share much more of the overall process of the race. It is very interesting to see the ups and downs of racing at this level. There are lots of other great racer vlogs out there, but they tend to be much more of a highlight reel over making us feel like we are there.

AJ - I had a similar experience at an Anaheim SX Amateur Day, way back in the early 2000s
Practice was a huge debacle, carnage everywhere that had us waiting hours to get out there. Eventually walked my YZ400F on to the stadium floor, did 3or4 laps, bodies everywhere…and I was done.
I had done it, I rode inside Anaheim Stadium where I had watched SO MANY races, and that practice session was good enough for me.

I don’t want to sound negative or like a hater or anything but just because your in this for video content or whatever the program your running for the company is I don’t know , but it just seems like you gave up in the end I mean you can voice over the video and say what you want after the fact when you’ve cooled off but the video displays the moment and I don’t think that’s really how you want this content to be displayed . Being a vet in the sport I think for you is more mental than talent and even fitness, sure it’s racing the cards your dealt on the day are a lottery and you had some mechanical factors in there but pulling off and admitting defeat before you know what the outcome may be in the lcq to me didnt seem the move especially for your team that’s putting in all they got for you .I think if your going to bother starting you should give it all till you finish . I really enjoy watching these series and I hope you can view this comment in a positive manner .
