In case any of you are wondering what is coming up next, Next two Videos that I've been working on for over a month:
Nikola Jokić
Larry Holmes
I release these top tens, and mash ups to keep the youtube algorithm happy while I work. Hope you enjoy these while waiting!
I knew Larry Holmes was coming at some point 🔥
Nikola should be an interesting one in my opinion
Can't wait to watch that Jokic video
I commend you on your great work ethics. You really give hope whenever I see new uploads. Times you've took the edge off my anxiety or depression. Sincerely I appreciate you.
You need to do a video on prince naseem can’t believe you’ve not done it yet
I been itching for another Boxing Masterpiece. Nobody does it better than Joe Vincent. *NOBODY*
Thanks!
@JoeVincentPresents Appreciate the content you are pushing out. Hopefully you do Benard Hopkins and Shane moseley one day I'm itching for more of your videos.

Man, Frazier really did shine in his first fight with Ali. Those left hooks were BRUTAL
His signature move! & It had the power to take Foreman out, if one of those landed cleanly. "Foreman is vulnerable to the hook" quoted Cosell
I've watched that fight so many times ...anyways the more I watch it the more I don't think that knockdown gave Frasier the win . He had a lot of success with the left hook the whole fight but Ali 3 to his one the whole fight ....imo either way both guys had iron chins
@giantatt25 frazer vs foreman is the biggest style mismatch for frazer. Foreman easily framing off of frazers shoulders and head putting him off balance at will and setting frazer up for those massive uppercuts. Frazer had the power to hurt foreman but with the style mismatch foreman would always dominate him
Yeah. That Frazier hook was destroying everyone he hit with it. But, JESUS! Look how many Ali was TAKING and was still able to fight. I mean, Frazier had to be thinking, "Goddamn! What do I have to do?" That last hook landed, and I really think it was more about Ali's legs giving out than his chin, because he got up immediately and finished the fight on his feet.
Legendary...
@biz09ification I agree - Frasier with his coming in low and weaving back and forth ran right into foremans sledgehammer gloves. This is why foreman would beat Tyson because Tyson is the same height as Joe Frasier and Foreman would nullify his power by pushing him back with gloves and massive arms.
There isn’t much I love more than classic boxing stories.
Same.
The old days of boxing is just classic, best era of boxing. I don't know why. Nowadays with youtube boxing its almost like this sport is a joke.

Joe Louis Vs Max Schmeling is one of the most important fights in American history.
Thank you for including that fight with Teddy Atlas's narration 🥊💯
Id say it's bigger than that. Id say it's the single most historically significant sporting moment in the world. I don't disagree with you though; what you said is true. I just think it's bigger even
Hitler got custard pie in his face twice when Jesse Owens won 3 Olympic golds at Hitlers German Olympics, a games to promote white supremacy but history omits to mention that Owens and the rest of the successful black Olympions ironically did not get an invite to the White House as did white American athletes by President Franklin D Roosevelt.
Just in case anyone doesn’t know…
OP is talking about their rematch; _Louis vs. Schmelling _*_2_*
The Sylvester Stallone impression is hilarious 😂
The irony of Silvester Stallone is that he dodged the draft by going to Switzerland and working as a gardener / handyman at girls finishing school . All his so called heroics were just for the silver screen . Meanwhile, good ole American boys were dying for their country .
@@johnniethepom7545 Adrienne !
@@johnniethepom7545 that's not irony, just some good ole hollywood cowardice.
The footwork shown by Ali in knocking out Foreman is nothing short of miraculous. To land a thunderous left hook whilst backing away then center your weight and throw a lightning bolt right cross all in a fraction of a second is pure artistry. Absolutely unreal
TY I don't see how everybody misses Ali's skill set. Check out the last minute and a half of the 5th round, that's when Ali turned the tide.
I like to joke that this is the fight that gave Ali Parkinson’s.
@@TJ-Win reality it was a combination of the fights in the latter half of his career, heavy sparring with no headgear and genetics. Accumulative damage is the real killer
@@dajonbarnes5149🎯💯
Nobody misses Ali skills. He's regarded by all as a top 5 all time. Most have him top 3 , many as their #1. Ali had top 3 all time skills. But unforgivable how he did Frazier. Karma came around to Ali for his treatment of frazier
I've got to agree with the commentator who said that Joe's performance was as good as any fighter's ever. That and Duran's victory against Leonard are my personal favorite single performances.
And kudos for giving the peerless Joe Louis the credit he deserves! What an extraordinary man he was!
Roberto Duran ..oooh now your talking ... I miss those golden years. Tommy Hearns .sugar ray. Hagler. ©️ ledgends.
The fact Ali got up within 3 seconds after a hit like that in the 15th and arguably won the rest of the round is actually terrifying.
INCREDIBLE!!
🤯🥊
Ali was the greatest boxer of all time
They both sacrificed a piece of themselves in the ring that night. Both were willing to die
Y'all over hype him even when he gets whooped😂
@@alican-nw1jcell no 😂 even Ali says it's Robinson
Man that Joe Louis segment was inspirational. Great video again as always.
The part these documentaries always leave out is that the two men kept in contact and that Schmelling actually helped Louis out financially after his handlers used him up.
The respect was there.
I feel for Max Schmeling,he was never a nazi and he was an amazing man, honorable man,who the propaganda machines of both USA and Germany turned into a villain.aAnd in the end America turned her back on Louis, leaving him to die broke and forgotten. There was only one man who didn't forget him and it was Max.He paid for the funeral of this great man - because he was a great man himself.
Spot on. Im always disappointed when this fact isnt mentioned when talking about Max because it's arguably the defining feature of his story with Louis.
Great comment, yep...the media machine has always been truly unscrupulous.
Sheltered Jewish kids in his apartment to save them from nazis. Disobeyed hitler when asked to split from his Jewish promoter. He was not a nazi.
I still can't believe how tough Jose Ribalta was that night. He took a life-altering beating, but there was no quit in him. He just kept coming back for more and the ref had to save him from himself. Unbelievable.
Would probably own a strap today
ESPN can only dream of producing something like this
I’d put Joe Frazier in the first Ali fight against any one in history best boxing performance I’ve watched.
Rocky started late 25 and achieved world champion in 2 years , that's overlooked and quite an achievement he had something natural that made him a great
Also, his conditioning was off the charts.
@@johnjuarez8005that was the weakest era of boxing most HW were 200ils or less.
@@aarondigby5054 No buying your BS. Louis fought a bum of the month club fighters. Yet where is your critizism of his era. All of the good fighters he fought during his era, he was KO'd or barely won.
Not many good opponents
Fighting bums and old men
Ali must've pissed blood for weeks after the "Rumble in the jungle"!😲....Those body shots were brutal!
Ali was on a plane back to America when the sun rose the next day, truly the GOAT.
I’ve said it before but nobody does it like Joe Vincent outstanding work sir
Frazier beating Ali was the greatest career defining moment for me
I've seen this all before and it's still the best thing I've seen. Fabulous compilation. I love how it lionizes the achievement of Louis. The man deserves every word of praise he received. To carry the expectations of a country like no man before or since and produce such a terrifyingly complete performance in the ring. A lesser man would have withered. Not Joe. Sensational. Simply sensational!
Greatest sport in history😮💨
Why he do Sylvester Stallone like that😂😂😂
That Chavez Taylor fight was unbelievable if you saw that in a movie you would say pffft yeah right, the best boxing match ever in my opinion they fought in the middle of the ring almost the entire fight
Why the hell did the ref stop the fight with 5 seconds left, though? Taylor was standing up straight for like 3 seconds and he calls the fight. In a real fight, chavez definitely won. But imo, he lost according to the rules of boxing. The ref fucked over taylor
@buttsauce123 technically, he was out of it. He couldn't of continued if their was another round.
@@buttsauce123He was OUUUT. 2 things helping stand up, the Ropes and his foggy and far dazed blurry stamina at that very moment!!! But after all these years, and you people don't learn???? Don't blame the ref, it was Lou Duva Retort management.
@@buttsauce123no, because he was knocked out. Go back and watch it. He pulled himself up by the ropes. Then he didn't respond.
@@buttsauce123Steele asked Taylor if he was OK twice and got no response. By the rules of boxing, if you can't answer the referee when he asks if you can continue, the fight is stopped. You can blame Lou Duva for distracting Taylor by starting to enter the ring just before the fight ended or telling Taylor that he needed this round instead of "stay alive and you win," but it does nothing when the ref asks you multiple times if you can continue and you do not answer him.
Thank you for another top-notch production. You are the absolute best at leveraging pure archival footage to build drama without saturating it with music and effects.
Great work. Fantastic & historical fight film footage. Terrific editing. 😂😂😂3:56 classic. I wasn't expecting that.! An upload to be truly proud of. 👏 👏👏. Bless up bro 🥊

Only fight that was missing was Hearns and Haggler! Great video Joe!
Greatest first round in the history of boxing. A true fight for the fans
Exactly it was war
I know right!!
How the FK, Marvelous Marvin Hagler vs Tommy "The Hitman" Hearns" wasn't on here was absolutely mind blowing!
Most of these 10 went to the final round. Hearns Hagler was only 3. Hagler was always going to win. Too thick of a skull to be koed. It was exciting but not top 10 fights ever
Brings back all the memories.
Absolutely amazing work ESPN can only dream of doing work of this quality
This channel is solid gold every time
Thanks for the kind words!
Well Mr. Vincent, you`ve done it again.... Congrats
Rocky was fighting dudes 20 pounds heavier than him. He's the true goat.
no he wasn't, in 49 bouts he only ever fought 7 guys over 200lbs. most of his opponents weighed the same or less than him.
The Stallone edit 😂😂😂😂😂
All right! Man I'm looking forward to the next 55min. Any time spent with Joseph V is guaranteed to please. Thanks a lot Mr vincent

SALUTE JOE VINCENT🥊 LOVE THAT CLIP FROM CUS D AMATO SAYING TYSON WILL BE HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION🏆AND HE DID O LOT OF MISTAKES GREAT VIDEO💪😎🇵🇷
And the fact he said if Mike remains interested and undistracted hed be the GOAT which is exactly what didnt happen, Mike got distracted by Don King and Robin Givens and after his last fight he said hes jusr flat out not interested in boximg anymore. Cus knew what he was talking about
Another great yet EPIC feeling clip of historical boxing that in time stands the test to time, they will be remembered always, thanks to you, Joe Vincent, thank you

Tyson's toughest opponent for sure. Mike was on fire that night and Jose wasn't going anywhere. Some of the best punches I've ever seen Mike land was in that fight.

I have to say this video is put together so good and professional. Most RUclipsrs will just show the 10 fights but, this vid has all the build up before the fight and the words from the actual boxers after the fight and all the options of the reporters after the fights. The build ups before the fights get me hyped up even though I’ve seen the fights before this feels like I’m watching it live in real time. Superb video and thank you.

oh God, Rocky Marciano is a real life tank
Paper tank perhaps. He fought bums. And only had 2-3 quality wins washed trash greats.

Another fantastic video!
Great video good selection of fights
I would bet anything that had Cos Demato lived longer and was able to mentor Tyson further and protect him from the vultures like Don King, he would have remained the Heavyweight Champion for at least a decade or more!
Hell James toney would have beat Tyson by 96
Cus D'Amato
@@kenw2225 Not if Cus was still around to keep Tyson’s nose clean. (Pun intended)😂 Iron Mike never lost a fight until started the dope and lost his edge on intense training. I watched early fights of Toney and also Tyson, and Mike was clearly much faster and more aggressive. James was certainly aggressive himself, but not to the same degree as Mike under the tutelage of Demato. Not to mention his head speed with his dodging punches. He only slowed down after Cus was gone. Just my opinion, and yes! I am biased since Tyson is my all time favorite fighter!
I should’ve lead with this comment before the initial one I posted but maybe a half hour before this video was dropped, I LITERALLY had the thought occur to me about how it’s been some time since JV’s last upload and how it would be AMAZING to watch one of his vids bc they are always thoroughly entertaining…and as crazy as it sometimes happens, shortly thereafter he hits us with another gem. Stitched together prior documentaries but I appreciate it nonetheless. Editing video together still takes time, effort, and love. It doesn’t just formulate thru osmosis. 😂😂 Thanks for the 55 mins allowing me to tune everything else out and be absolutely entertained! 🤙🏻✌🏻
You’ve simply outdone yourself.. again..
How you gonna top this? Well done, Sir
Ali's defeat of Foreman, after Joe Frazier, was something I will never forget. I felt like Howard Cosell at the time... I was certain Ali was going to get killed by Foreman.
What a fight!
Ali truly is The Greatest.
Ali evolved boxing with style, charisma and honour. But Mike Tyson style would've destroyed Ali, smoking Joe left hook and constant pressure moving forward on the front foot. Imagine Mikes peekaboo style with his body shots and left hooks people say tyson stamina but prime tyson did 12 rounds, just that there wasn't many going past 2 😅 that rope a dope wouldn't work tyson had powerful with precision mixed with movement like no heavyweight ever seen 4 power punches in less then a second with that furious upper cut all whilst switching stances noving around to open his opponent finding his angles. cus passing was Tysons downfall. But Tyson loves Ali and respect the legends who paved the way of boxing. A true student of his art.
Loved this video
Great footage
