One of the great, odd, things about the TARDIS sound is that thanks to Doctor Who Magazine in the 1970s, the official, universally accepted, written form is "VWORP! VWORP!" which about as far from an onomatopoeia as you can get but pretty much loved by fans as part of the eccentric old furniture of the show.
05:30 I like how they use the same zoom effects as in episode 1, we can see that Moffat was in his "Sherlock" era 😍 Dumbledore being a grumpy old guy with a broken heart was so great :D Fun fact, the actress playing Abigail was actually the one singing in that episode :)
Welsh Superstar Mezzo Soprano Katherine Jenkins OBE officially became the world's most successful classical singer after she was crowned 'The Biggest Selling Classical Artist of the Century' by Classic FM. - from IMDB
Hi, great reaction, it's my favorite Christmas special, I always get emotional ^^ Btw it's actually Series 6 Episode 0, every Christmas Special before the beginning of a Series is episode 0 , except for the last episode of each Doctor Era, it's the continuation of their last Series (like Tennant and The End of Time). And except when Capaldi has 2 Christmas Special in a row, the first one is Series 9 Episode 13 (2015) and the other is Series 10 Episode 0 (2016) ^^
To be honest, most Christmas specials are fairly mediocre, but this one is outstanding, and one of the best in the history of the show. That's due in no small part to the wonderful Sir Michael Gambon, as well as the story itself.
I don’t know what it is but there’s something about the way that Matt Smith delivers the final “halfway out of the dark” line that gets me every time.
''Silence is all you know~''
Moffat: *Wink, Wink*
11 at arguably his best. Something about this episode is just so magical. Halfway out of the Dark:)

Then with Jodie Whittaker they dropped the Christmas specials with a New Year's special and instead made them the finale of the series 11 and 12.
Michael Gambon did so well in this episode. I'd almost say he acted better in this than Harry Potter. So good. RIP.
Mary Poppins is a time Lord and James bond, their is ONLY ONE James bond but with many faces, he regenerates,
I can't wait till next week. Someone's mind will be shook.
