Dryland Nebraska wheat at 50 bushel an acre is very good, we are Northwest Oklahoma winter wheat farmers and best ever on our dryland fields has been 2012 at 54 bushel per acre. Final comment, growing up or neighbors were John Deere harvesters starting in Texas going all the way up into Canada. Those years were 1960's until 1972. They LOVED Dakota's States.

I know the videos lot work for u but someone like myself who health not to good rite now and have trouble leaving my house And the tv has bunch crap on it .I look forward to urs and Larson videos every day give me something to look forward to so for that i thank you for the late hours and hard work

I started watching your harvest videos in year 2023. Many struggles of being a custom harvester and the never ending battle of keeping the combine harvesters repaired and running. I would urge caution when adding a lot of refrigerant to the air conditioning system to keep the cabin cool for operator comfort and survival. If refrigerant is leaking you are also losing lubricating oil from the system. The A/C compressor relies on the refrigerant to pickup and carry the oil through the system and into the compressor. That is how the compressor is lubricated. Too little oil and the compressor will seize and then you have a LARGE, and expensive repoair. With no air conditiioning the combine is unusable as you cannot survive in the cab during summer time without air conditioning. Look for dust / dirt oil accumulation on the lines and at connections. That is a tell tale sign of a refrigerant leak.

Hi. I remeber you planting spring wheat in central Texas. Was wondering what became of that crop?
Mid 30s. We got hung up with rain at home and I had to move north while mom cut that crop so I didn’t get to cut any of it sadly

@@HaydenOnHarvest I ran one this harvest I did not like it because I am not use to not seeing it feed in to the combine.
You mentioned how tired the crew is for consecutive days of harvest, when I was on a harvest run a long time ago, we went 17 days before we finally got rained out. It got to a point that you would have your sun glass on and hope that you seen a bank of clouds in the west.
@@larrybreer9430 Ya we went for two weeks before rain and then it rained as we were leaving then we got to the next stop and we went for another two weeks then we got rain
