When i make these videos and share my days out the places i go the things i get up to it all takes time, i have had a comment from Duncan (see below) that really was nice to read. i do enjoy sharing and doing what i do. if you could help me by liking sharing and making a comment it would be amazing..
Truly an amazing trek up the mountain out on the near edge of the mountain trail with a stunning panoramic view as far as the eye can see. Indeed, it is dangerous along that 18" path. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you very much for the video, Paul. Loved the "walk through", and I very much look forward to doing this myself in a couple of days. Hoping for some good light, and the courage to take me out on the ridge past the lighthouse, so that I can get some decent shots. Cheers, mate! 😉
We’ve just had two nights in the little house at the top of the steps from the Seal Lady, an awesome place, really like your video - I’ll have to watch the rest when I get back home to Shetland .
Paul you should be here this week, lot of blue skies and a lot of fluffy clouds, also the sunrises and sunsets have been epic, better luck next time. Thanks for showing our beautiful islands on your channel 👍🏻
Great video Paul, with so many lovely images, this is such an awesome series for sure, and very happy I was able to take part in all of the adventures after such a long time waiting 😁👍🖖
What an epic vlog mate, this will be a day I will never forget, an epic location shared with amazing friends. Your piece to camera talking about us with you on the the trip really gave me a lump in my throat, we have not done much photography together for the last 2 years but this trip felt like we had never been apart, laughs a minute round every corner and photo locations shared every day. We are friends for life. Looking forward to the next episode 🤟
Hi Paul, subscribed to you for a while now, but little bit lazy on the commenting and I shouldn't be as I have a small youtube channel myself and realise how important it is! I normally watch your videos on a TV with no options for commenting so there's my lame excuse!. This series from the Faroes has been excellent Paul, really enjoyed it, thank you very much for sharing!! I've been to Iceland a couple of times but now you've inspired me to put the Faroes on the list despite the 'awkwardness' of getting there! Great job and keep up the good work! Thanks for all the hours of information and entertainment!
stumbled upon your channel as im doing research on Kallur Lighthouse - as someone with quite the fear of heights, im not sure whether i can do this.. but I think Simon just gave me the confidence booster i needed. but of course weather conditions permitting.
Working my way through these Paul and would like to say I appreciate the extra info about how to get to these places. I don't know if I will ever make it to the Faroes but if I do I know I can look back at these for tips and info. I really like the Photographers you follow too but I do pick up info of your vlogs that they don't give you. I'm booked on an Iceland workshop for October 2023 or otherwise would be tempted by yours. Maybe another year lol.
What more can be said, this has been the best trip ever surely, amazing awe inspiring, fabulous photographs, I think I have covered all the steps you have on this Faroes trip, I am knackered lol. I would just like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this trip and alllowing me to join you in seeing somewhere that I know I will never actually be able to go due to my Ill health but would have loved to, but thanks to you I have managed to experience it through your eyes and your steps. What an amazing place for photographers, it’s a paradise, your photos have been amazing although I was a wee bit concerned for your safety at some points you certainly took some risks and they paid off big time. Thanks for making these vlogs Paul, I am sure you have made many other photographers who perhaps cannot do the physical stuff, like myself, very happy for seeing the Faroes in such amazing detail. Thank you 😁👍
Wow Duncan thats so nice and good of you to say, i love to share what i do and where i go. I know i may not be a big vlogger and i show some stuff that people dont want to see (reviews) but i do this all for you and everyone else.. It really says something to me when people like you speak up.. thank you...
Have thoroughly enjoyed ur adventures on the Faroes Paul: stunning scenery beautifully photographed & great commentary but sadly my metal knees will not allow me to walk the steep slopes so I will just have to enjoy the views from afar.
A fantastic series, in a spectacular location! Well done Paul, I’m sure you have so many wonderful images in your Collection from this trip. You should do another one to Lofoten, I went there in Feb 2020 for 7 days, an amazing place. It took me a 25hr flight from Sydney Australia to Oslo, then a flight & a 4hr ferry ride to get there! I want to go back now! Thanks again for sharing your experience 👍🏻🇦🇺👍🏻
Absolutely stunning scenery. Pity about the light but you get texture from the big soft box in the sky. There's a long tradition of Selkies (seal people) in Scotland, to the extent that I'm a wee bit weary of them. Having worked on boats I really don't fancy becoming one.
so we had a wifi unit we hired with the hire car gave us wifi and did not use our phone as we had to pay thgrough the nose for O2 and three.. so i would recomend the same

I think this one was March
No May
Nice battery prank.

You paid for the ferry in cash or card ?

The walk across to get the lighthouse shot is much worse than it looks on camera.
