So much water comes through concrete! You might consider 2x4 walls filled with spray-in foam. Great to see you back in action!
Ya, I have thought about water. This “new” home is 10 years old and basically shows no signs of water. So I don’t know. One wall has the driveway above it so couldn’t be any coming from there. The other wall has an exterior set of steps around 3 foot wide so I don’t see much coming from that side either. Assuming I keep the joint sealed. Anyway… guess I’ll keep doing research and go from there. Thanks for watching!👍
@@LTDWoodworks Sorry, wasn't clear. Water vapor comes through concrete, so you need insulation and a vapor barrier. Spray foam provides both, but that's just one option.
