Hey Kyle, came over from Amy's channel. You have me motivated me to deep clean my Garbage can. With long gloves and power washer I should get this done. I learned today that I need to buy the right tools to properly clean my car! A bucket and sponge will no longer be all I need! I know I am going to learn so much from you! God Bless!

Awesome video! Amy is going to be riding in style for a week : ). Kids are best but they are messy! Meguiar’s Citrus Power Cleaner Plus is amazing on wheels, carpet, engines, plastic, everything! It’s a game changer IMO. I just started using it a month ago and haven’t found anything it won’t clean and clean well.

Some years ago, a cautionary tale went around about a passenger who rode with her feet on the dash/windshield, and the driver wrecked, causing the passenger’s legs to break beyond repair. Upon impact, her bent knees were forced into her chest because of the way her legs were positioned. Anyway...great detail work! RainX makes windshield washer fluid, which is an awesome product. I’m going to try the spray cleaner you used.

For rims and tires p&s brake buster is amazing all I use now for rims and tires also question what girt should I sand my headlights with there foggy
Man you are doing it😄. I just purchased a Honda minivan from my daughter and its a disaster🤯. Watching your detail is a motivator. It will probably take me 3 days,lol. Any recommendations on products to use. The minivan has tan interior. I'm going to try and bring it back to new look😀. I have to pick up that steamer too.

Not bad for a new guy. When cleaning the seats you should use a leather brush and better products. And then if the carpets are extremely stained or dirty pressure wash them and extract. Make sure to take out the front console and the carpets to get the dirt under
Yea I think pressure washing may actually work better, I use that technique in my next Vid. Thanks for the tips!

Heck yes you can. I usually use a pressure washer . I just wouldn’t let the water get on the battery too much -and make sure everything is cooled down completely.

Mr Clean Freak, here are my thoughts, If the car has never been detailed, why didn't you use the Meguiar's wheel cleaner with acid? I first start with the engine bay cleaning, so the car won't get dirty again. Then I move on to tires, wheels & wheel wells. When washing the van, did you use a strip wash solution to remove all polishes, waxes & road grime? Besides washing the exterior, did you do anything else to the exterior? Chemical decon.? Mechanically Decon? Remove tar, tree sap, bugs, etc.? What polish did you use? or what wax did you use? A valuable product I use is Super Clean, an all purpose cleaner, that can be diluted in many different strengths, both for the interior & exterior. It's available at your local Walmart for about $20.00 for 2.5. gallon jug. What say you?
Thanks for watching and all the questions! The Adams all wheel cleaner does the same thing and works just as well in my opinion. As far as all that other stuff goes, I don’t have most of that and the car has been washed before plenty of times, What I said in the video was I don’t think the carpets have ever been extracted, but I will look into all these other products you have named. Again I don’t detail for a living and I do this because I enjoy it, so you’ll have to forgive me if I don’t know everything there is to know about detailing cars.
What do you use to clean the roof of the cars?
The video I’m posting Tuesday will show me cleaning an entire headliner. I use an all purpose cleaner and a soft Brissle brush and microfiber towel and a lot of rubbing!
Any tips on how to get hay unstuck from the hatchback of my SUV? I’ve tried vacuuming it several times and it doesn’t come out.
I would try getting a drill brush attachment to try loosening it up then vacuum and I would repeat that as much as needed.

Yea I think I did on accident but it was my wife’s car and it’s under the hood so I really didn’t mind but I am careful about that now with other cars

Wow whoever judges how dirty a family car is-is being ridiculously shallow. If you have kids you have dirt especially if they are in sports soooo don't judge a happy active family or anyone for having a untidy car if you don't like don't watch.
So basically you are the detail geek, use every single tool and chemical he uses, and nothing is your own style/twist etcv

Quick question, is there a particular reason you do the outside first???
I just like to get that done first and Then I can move it into my garage and do all the real detailing. Plus it gives the carpets and seats more time to dry outside of the car before I put them back in.
