You all think all her songs are about breakups. Well you're wrong. This song is not about a breakup, it's about love for her family. Most of her songs are about love, but for her family and friends.

Think before you say something, because there are haters. I like her early music, I stopped at "we are never getting back together." I watched her accept an award for that song and she made an obvious dig at whoever inspired it. Her speech was reminiscent of a snobby teenager. Fame changes people, and so does pain. She has changed. Hollywood does that to people. I think underneath it all is a sweet girl though. I don't care for her new stuff, but that's me.

People who say her songs are about breakups are not haters. They're ignorant. Big difference.

I honestly don't care if I misused the term(because as you said, I am a 13 year old who loves to protect Taylor) but since you do, I'll change the comment. And I also recommend you listen to Treacherous, All Too Well, Begin Again, and Ronan, which are all songs she released during Red and trust me, ,I was skeptical about I Knew You Were Trouble but I got used to it, it's just not my favorite.

She used to wear a normal dress with not-so-high-but-high-heels. And she used to look gorgeous. Now all that crazy dresses, high heels, crazy make-up... She used to write the number 13 on her hands... Whatever, if she feels comfortable with those clothes I am happy too. None of us know who she is when the spotlight is turned off. In the beginning of a video where she sings enchanted when a fan says 'I love you' and she replies her with saying 'I love you too' is a bucketlist moment. But I don't think it is possible for me. The fans changed too. In her concerts there are big crowds and they all shout and scream. So it is impossible to get in a conversation with tay. She just experienced a lot of pain and now she’s a lot more on guard and fearful but the true Taylor who believes in fairy tales and is full of love and joy.... She’s still in there. She was born in 1989 for a reason and is giving a lot to this world. She’s given a lot to me for example. Listening to this song sparks something in my soul. People are contagious and she has a character of innocence, purity, and strength that spreads onto other people. I just love her character. I know a lot of people don’t get it and think it’s manipulative or whatever because they’ve experienced a lot of toxicity and don’t trust that anything is really as good as it seems or they think she’s some prestigious cookie cutter girl who’s out to judge others.... Or whatever they think, they are misunderstanding her. I see her true colours and I get it. The TRUTH is that Taylor Swift is a beutiful human being and a gift to this world and I will believe in her even if she makes mistakes but she’s pretty damn good at not making many mistakes- she obviously has a healthy brain and was well nurtured. I love Taylor so so much. Through it all no one gets me like she does. She may not know it, and she may never know it, but it's true. It's her music I put on when I my mom is yelling at me, when I'm confused, or feeling useless. I love her so much, and it hurts me whenever people hate on her or make fun of her, because it feels like they're making fun of me too. I know she doesn't know this (and she probably never will) but she's the reason I wake up with a smile on my face every day. She means more to me than most people I know, and she stayed when no one else did. She sings the words I can't bring to my mouth and it's all because of her that I stay strong. Taylor is the smartest, sweetest, most beautiful person I will never meet, and I just wish I could give her the biggest hug ever and thank her for everything she's done for me, even though she doesn't even know she has done what she's done for me by just being herself and listening to her songs. I hope to be like her someday. Or if not as kind and beautiful and smart as her. I love her, and I'll never stop, and I will support her to the very end.
