For the 2024-2025 school year, Derby Public Schools is supported by a dedicated team of School Resource Officers (SROs), Adopt-a-School Officers and DARE Officers. These officers work closely with students and staff to ensure a safe and secure environment while also building positive relationships and fostering trust with students. In addition to providing classroom instruction on safety topics, they aim to create meaningful connections that help students view law enforcement in a positive light.
