I just hit 600 subs on this little channel. I'm a bit shocked, as I was when one of my sewing videos hit 10k views recently. I'm so flattered and pleased that you're enjoying my videos, and while they're not all on the same topic, and as I point out above, I get new obsessions, or enthusiasms, let's say, all the time, I hope you'll stick around a while, if only to see how some of the ongoing projects turn out. I'm happy to report that the papier mache cat I showed you, before we went off to the day bed to view the progress on the desk mat, is progressing well, and Mme Pussycat has arms and a bit of her teaset now. I'm having such a giggle making her.

I was saying in the last video how something happened to sabotage my efforts to finish it, but the issue has been resolved now, and I'm back on the road to completion. If I'm being slightly cryptic about what it was that happened, it's only because I wasn't sure whether you'd seen the video after this, and didn't want to be giving a spoiler if you hadn't.
Oh good. I wasn't sure if anyone would be interested in seeing this project develop, but it is an obsessions (I mean hobby) channel, and I was all enthusiastic about it, so I couldn't resist. Last night was spent sticking handles onto teacups, and this morning sticking interfacing onto my desktop mat. Keeps me out of trouble, on the mean streets 🙂
