      @@samuel-dy3qs It's not the "consequence of hell", it's the love of God. When you're walking with the Lord, He makes your paths straight. You push yourself more and you gain a confidence that is impossible without Him. If God is with you, who can be against you?
      Also, a "good person" isn't really a thing. How is there objective morality without it first existing in the mind of God? What is "good"? If you've lied, stolen, or lusted, you're a lying, stealing adulterer. That's the point of Christ dying for all of us.

    Pull-ups are by far my favourite back exercise, I don't mid upright rows either but pull-ups feel very satisfying.

    God bless you man, thank you for spreading the good news of Jesus Christ our one and only savior. Question - im a pretty big dude at 6’6 but I’m also pretty fit at 215 lbs. however, my pull-ups suck. I can bench 220, lat pull down at least 110 (max stack on my home gym system), bicep curl 45lb dumbbells, but I can only do like 4 body weight pull-ups. Would it be my forearms as the limiting factor?

    I like to go until failure and really give it all I got, but sometimes I think I wimp out a bit because I'm afraid of getting a hernia or other injury. Can you go over the likelihood of an injury by going too hard? Or am I just paranoid and there's either a small or no risk if you have proper form?
