Being the owner of a Peavy Bandit 65 that I bought new in early-mid 80's I can testify that any beginner, or even someone who just wants a dependable LOUD practice amp, you can't go wrong with that. It might not be "vintage" but it also will work forever. Go buy it from this guy!
Thanks for the coffee, next time I will bring the waffle iron :). BTW thanks for buying my Squire VM Jaguar. Happy birthday and God bless! Slamo Custom Guitars -Frank
Very Cool, Thankyou. Great Show. That Hollowbody near the end was interesting. Like an ES135 with the thinner body, but with what looks like the 'Gretsch Master Volume' added as a fifth knob and 'different' switch placement, Very Cool piece. All the Best. Cheers
Look forward to seeing more of your guitar show videos. Subscribed due to Randy Pepper's (Guitar Attic) recommendation. I'm loving what I see. I miss the guitar shows there. I live in the Philippines and guitar shows are almost non-existent. The best thing is I can get guitars here that are amazing and not available in the US.
Love that Blue Tele that you showed early on. Immediately led me to their site and the price is right. May have to get it. Happy Birthday and thanks for sharing the journey.
tie between the fiesta red mustang and that Mutt Gibson/Gretsch thing. honorable mention for the Bruno Mars Strat and a cool plug for my favorite guitar shop Jimmy's Vintage Instruments... E
My oh my Alex🫵Have you sold the strat, the red one?The Korea made Squier series,Fender🤔 I guess i must find another piece to stare at😂😉 Great show, love from Norway🤘🤘
When you go to Nashville, please let me put you up north of Atlanta. Im in the mountains. Im 5star all the way. You sold me some pedals. Conversation piece!!!!!!
The 1956 Les Paul Custom is my dream guitar. I had mine stolen years ago. I live in France, which is a guitar buyer’s dead zone! Mega expensive in the Paris shops. I must get over to the US and visit a guitar show to buy a Black Les Custom. À bientôt.
HEY guys ! THANKS FOR THE XLNT. WALK-THRU AND discussions ! you love to see it ! hope you had a great birthday alex, ! p,s. there is an amp i've been looking for for 25 years , had one in the 60's .best combo amp ever = ampeg goldenglo revborocket 25 watts - mid 60's w/copper face panels ,lucite front panel lights up , w/ tremolo & reverb , & footswitch . [ not the reverbojet ] if you come across one let me know , thanks much ! i am subscribed ! i'd stop in and see you , but i live in phx.,az. [ with too many guitars ]
Rick’s vintage. If I had no idea who he was, and I only saw him walking down the street I would know that he is a guitar guy. This video was cool. I would like to attend this show someday. I hope to make it to the Amigo Nashville show next month. I sub’d. I enjoy your content.
Josh Scott at JHS Pedals is a huge Built fan; plays several. I think they are hand built in the KC area, where he’s at, but could be wrong. I’ve heard nothing but great things about them, though. Cool though.
the 79 fender neck is probably on a SE body dont matter though then neck is everything. The body looked full size. I would buy it. I put mexican strat necks on SE bodies and it works good. Might need to change the pickups. though.
Gibson uses lots of veneer....Gibson's semi-hollowbodies like the ES-335 and ES-339 have tops and backs constructed of layers (either 3 or 4) of maple veneer. My understanding is that the veneers are assembled in successive cross-grain layers with the top layer having its grain longitudinal to the length of the guitar. The tops and backs are approximately 1/4" in thickness after layup.
Heart breaking story. I was nineteen and went to church auction in South bend Indiana found 54 LP gold top all original. The auction hadn't started yet so I left to go to the bank by the time I got back it had sold for 180.00.😢 this was 1989. Today that guitar is for sale for 45.000.00
If I had any kind of substantial amounts of money, that would be a place I would try to avoid but in no way could avoid. It’s a frigin candy store with all the candy. I’d probably walk out of there in dept up to my ears… lol GAS for miles on end. Happy birthday, 🎈🎉🎂🥓
Best part of this weekend was definitely all the friends coming out. Grateful to see everyone!

Happy Birthday Alex. Your mom bringing you doughnuts on your birthday...priceless 🎂
Great to see young people at shows and on YT.
It is really great to see the guys from YT channels that you follow on the same spot. Nice!!
That mystery body 26:00 in with the 335 neck looks like a Guild Starfire body, I have one with Dynasonic pickups, great guitar.
"You want'em" @6:13- such a killer sales pitch.
Just noticed - at 11:39, that's me at the end of the line in the Fender shirt, stepping out so I could be in the shot!
Thank You Alex and Krew!❤
@12:40 man i wanted to see that Ormsby he was just pulling out the rack.
This is great. You were in Orlando I live in Nashville. It’s amazing how many people I recognize in this video from the Nashville show.
Sadly I missed the Orlando show this year. One of my favorite things every year.
Nice to see Jimmy Wallace there on day two. Friend since high school.
Happy birthday Alex, love the channel!

HBD ALEX!
I too have had both the VOS and a Murphy R9 and there’s just something a little extra special about how the Murphy’s feel..

paradise, big lover of hollow body(gretsch)!!!
Awesome video bro very unique and you’re very talented. Good job.
Thank you so much!! 🙏
I am legit surprised that no vendors at these shows have had a Fender Toronado
We share the same birthday 🎸😁
Amazing video keep the good work ❤❤❤❤would love to meet you guys one day 💯

Randy Pepper is good people! Bought a Strat from him in 1989.
Happy Birthday Bro!
Dang you sold that TV yellow SG that thing was a nice guitar!
That Bruno Mars guitar was sweet.
Awesome!
I think that Gibson Dove is my favorite
Happy "Belated" Birthday 🎉
Awesome Gretch
🎉happy belated birthday
I think Rick is the partner to Paul D. I saw several people in the backround that I know. Nice Video and happy Birthday so almost 29??
were there any dean cadillacs and hamer standards at the show?
Was that neil from a day to remember?
It’s an honor to finally be an unlocked character😂😂😂

Recent subscriber, love the channel - are you guys coming to the Sarasota Guitar Show?
That was a fun show!! I'm already looking forward to next year.
Likewise!!
A picket of guitars , that’s a keeper
@ 26:00 that's not a 335 neck. 14th fret neck joint and 20 frets. Wrong inlays too.
When I saw you ignore that nice les paul with the Brazilian board, I knew there was little reason to keep watching....
geez i was just in Leesburg, next year
Hey you are close enough to us, come check out the shop in Jacksonville, Florida
Will you be at the Danville/Indy guitar show? Will you bring shirts?
the 79 fender neck is probably on a SE body dont matter though then neck is everything. The body looked full size. I would buy it. I put mexican strat necks on SE bodies and it works good. Might need to change the pickups. though.

The guitar with the 1968 Gibson “335” neck doesn’t seem correct. The 68 335 had single block inlays. I’m wondering if the neck is maybe a 345 neck.
Love the easy going demeanor
I couldnt even stay interested
Definitely a face for radio.
Drinking game: you take a shot every time you hear, “You love to see it”.

26:40 Roy Orbison?

Happy birthday, 🎈🎉🎂🥓
the mix match guitar Gretch even if neck not so good play the sweet spot.
Rockin with Dokken.
I love flash flood! I work with japanese who rip guitar
You got Chumley from Pawn shop
Bandit 65 is the best SS amp period. IMO ahahaha
When will or will there be a show in SC?
Yo, was that Neil Westfall from ADTR?!
I guess he says "love to see it" alot
Happy birthday Alex!
So you just casually meet Neil Westfall and don't put his name in the video!?
Are you going to the Sarastoa show?
do you have schedule for future shows
Tremendous
