Sometimes you might have noticed that your one side feel weak and other have much mote strength. When you lift up things it may feel easy with your one arm but difficult with another.This all is due to muscle imbalance. Most people with an athletic lifestyle may face these issues.
Since childhood every person is a righty or a lefty so he or she always have a dominating side and as we grow this develops as well. This also have a negative effect on your gains. So to make a balance you have to train in such a way that it get balanced.
In this video we have given some tips regarding muscle imbalance and how to deal with it.

My right hand has more power than my left hand but my left cutting is very good than right hand and right hand also look some fatier than left so what to do?

Sir mera left arm muscle jyada hai half inch se thoda sa jyada lekin main right hander hoon, weight lift karne mein left wala right ke apeksha weak samajh mein aata hai kya ye thik ho sakta hai
Equal weight maaro dono se aur pehle jisse kum weight uthra hai usse maaro

Abs aane se you will have a strong core. But usse ache se train krte rho.
Handstand mein hold nhi kr pate to use support of a wall. And wahan se dheere dheere apne hathon pe balance bnao.
And, core mein abs, lower back, obliques sb aata h.
muscle imbalance pehle se bhi ho skta h, isiliye calisthenics mein apni form pr ache se dhyan do. Jahan form bigdi wahin ruk jao aur rest lekr next set shuru kro.
