    As a Kenyan , it's painful but I have to say that beating these two Ugandan athletes will will be difficult. Atleast for sometime. Their form is unmatched in the races they participate.

      Kenya has been a shinning light of East African Athletics. As a Ugandan, we have to be proud of Kenya leading the way for years hence making us East Africans proud. Ugandans have evolved n learned alot from OUR Kenyan brothers. We are ALWAYS AND FOREVER WILL BE ONE EAST AFRICAN PEOPLE.

    The plan was that Jakob Ingebrigtsen should run too, but because the Covid-19 situation became worse again, he stayed home. I think that was just fine anyway because the same day as this half marathon, he didn't finish a 10k in Norway due to physical problems.
    I think Jakob could have done it well on half marathon on a good day. I would have been surprised if he had ended up on the podium in this competition, but top 10 ... maybe ...?

      @@halimahhajarah972 cheptegei is not poor. He is building a training camp in his village with the support of government. Sister, you being poor doesnt make other ugandans poor. Some of us are busy working making moves. We don't waste our time in politics. One advice I can give you is put you head down, ignore politics, pull up your sleeves and work as hard as you can. You will be suprised where you will find yourself.
