I bought a mere M6 V10 and i adore it and would never sell - for the life of me i cant understand why he sold such a beautiful machine - was he trying to make a profit?

He sold it because he wants his cars to be driven and didnt really feel the urge to drive it as much anymore. He wanted something fresh (not sure in what video he said it, but it was revealed some time ago)

Yes the service bill was around 6k euros, but it was also 3000-4000 euros to drive/ship the car to Italy every year for this service and then another £8000 a year just for it to be insured. Now multiply that over 6 years of ownership.. It was about the same as a house.. another 6 years of ownership would have been more than the car cost itself when new
The Veyron is a crazy amount for an oil change. And they say the engine is heavy so it will "last a long time". But given the price of its servicing compared to this - you could buy another low weight engine in no time. I like reading about the tech in cars, and features and design considerations. Can give me ideas in my field.
Never been my cup of tea style wise, and interior is a collection rather than a layout. Ferry guys were doing you a favour keeping you away from the families and helping you on/off. I have the same experience coming up with the R8 on the ferry thanks to Eurotunnel tripling their price for early July. 5k euros for a service - half your luck :-)

@@michaelomondi-gq5yh Too much attention and 5 figure yearly service costs. It was basically a combination of every of car bill he had put into one
@@anyau IDK man - in this video @ 0:58 he states the 60K service bill was 5000 Euros - that is not too expensive for a car of that class
