If you have commented and it has been removed, this is down to either RUclips. Removing your comments for whatever reason or someone has reported your comments.
I literally don't have the time to sit here removing comments constantly, so please don't think this is us in any way, but equally just be cautious of what you do say because if it breaches RUclips guidelines, they'll just remove the comment.
So just to reiterate, I am not removing any comments. Thank you.

      Thank you
some of my words were typed wrong
Like I meant to say the DWP are harassing me over my bank accounts
And a payment that was made to me from the funeral director whom I paid to burrie my son I was actually reimbursed
Some money from the funeral director over 2000 pounds which I paid over that amount two weeks earlier.
So I have decided to pay the DWP back some some money which was initially for my son's headstone, the guy who phoned me last week has an issue with me having a 12 month regular saver so I have asked the DWP to either send me an address and who I should address the envelope too or send me a letter with the bank account details for me to pay the money into I don't have anything near to 6000 pounds I don't want to have that much either I was happy as I was saving money for something so important
Thank you again for your reply I'm sorry some of my words didn't appear correctly.
      Steven

Just want to say - that was aware of a few cases where sanctions took place - a chap with PTSD a veteran was sanction and had no money for rent - electric nothing and was found dead in his flat and when the autopsy was done they found no contents of food in his stomach and a pile of CVs found in his lounge
Another case forcing a blind woman to find work and was sanctioned - a advocate supported her to get support based on theses assessments
Case 3 a female with leatning difficulties forced to look for work and she was unable to use a computer - sanctioned until a advocate got involved
Case 4 - woman in hospital having livet surgery sanctioned because she was unable to attend a pip assessment
I saw two 60 plus elderly people on a desk with a civil servant trying to get both in some tupe of work - i was shocked because they were both very fragile
I worked in health care services in many jobs up and down the country and am horrified how the dwp and the government are treating the genuinely sick disabled people - Sanctions are in inhumane where they cant pay rent or food etc - it reminds me of that word useless eaters phrase that Nazis usef to how they are treating disabled people and sick - surely its discrimination - prisoners in prison are treated better

If I said to anyone that I'm disabled, their first thought would be- there's nothing wrong with you. When I told a taxi driver that I had chronic fatigue, he laughed and said 'that's a good one, I'll have to try that one' (which I laughed at also), but invisible illnesses are a b!tch. It's taken me years to get benefits for depression & chronic fatigue

My wife worked for 12 years with MS , However a second heart condition emerged and her employer sacked her. Unable to walk 100m , unable to concentrate , getting poor reviews from her manager, ignoring return to work restrictions .
Sunak discriminates against non working people , disabled, retired, carers. With tax cuts for workers and tax rises for retired, disabled. Sunak discriminated against people on benefits freezing UC rent allowance 2019-2024 putting people in debt. But giving 85% fur-low to “ workers” but not carers, etc
There was no UC uplift to carers either.

It truly is beyond belief and it's shocking that it's still happening even in 2024. It's becoming worse as time goes on. I embrace the fact I've got hidden disabilities. It's made me who I am today and I'm proud of it in some way but at the end of the day we all need a bit of support every now and again and this system is not giving the support it needs. Rather it's penalising people for being disabled!

I believe I'm autistic, two GP's believe I'm autistic, but after 10 years I'm still struggling to get an assessment. All because a psychiatrist I've never met says I make good eye contact, he's taking this from meeting with the crisis team 15 years ago. The crisis team had all the information they needed to push for an assessment. But no, they were too busy eating their lunch to pay much attention to me.
I'm currently in work, the first time in 15 years, 4 weeks in and I'm ready for a nervous breakdown or self deletion.

At a tribunal, there is a judge, a doctor and a "token" disabled person. It is a court "of sorts". You are required to attend this panel to answer for your illnesses and the claim you are making. The DWP brought this upon you and have called you to be in front of these people to prove you are not a liar. The UN has called out the DWP for its poor and inhumane treatment of disabled people in Britain. This has to stop and the DWP must be held accountable for the deaths of so many over the years...I know of a man who died in the office as he waited to be questioned by DWP agents...he was a father to a young son. All you who think he was workshy....shame on you!! He is dead.

That's the issue the help isn't there from anyone and it's getting worse, you want to get better and want to get the help etc like many others do but it's just proof that it isn't there at all, there are some who can't work due to liability reasons or employers not willing to make adjustments either so it's a 50/50 situation.

They just don't want to admit what they already know and we have to end up diagnosing ourselves. Then on the 3/4/24 I get a call from dwp and the guy said he’s going to award me but I’ve heard nothing as yet.
But last Sunday I received an email from the tribunal courts saying as requested were sending out the statement of reasons, I never requested this I can only assume the guy who called me had requested it and doing a full investigation has this now is my 3rd attempt at trying to after going through the 3 stages twice before.
But upon receiving this statement of reason it’s all blatant lies, and contradictions and says I must be able to communicate and socialise because I’ve been married in the past ( I’ve never been married) and says i obviously isolate because of the increase in pains from Fibro , but earlier in the statement it states I over exaggerated my pains and I wasn’t a trust worthy appellant, if I’d have known this at the time I would have challenged it, a charity was helping me at the time and they said they would request it but never, they then became hostile to me and refused to help me further, after agreeing to do so,
Surely the judges at tribunal shouldn’t be able to do this? I’m now worried the guy who called saying he’s going to award me won’t !
Is there anything I can do about these judges lying? I know the month time lines past because it was last October but that was due to the charity “disability support project” not doing what they should have!

The issue isn’t with the people, which is what the government pushes and people like you fall for it. Ok, sorry for the long post 😂😂😂
so I’m now currently claiming pip myself, but this wasn’t always the case for me…. I used to be an employer. I owned a hair salon about 10 years ago so I can now see this from both perspectives….Unfortunately as a business owner when you employ staff, especially in a service type industry like a hair salon, where people have their own client base, you NEED reliable staff members, someone who won’t be ringing in every other week sick as rearranging client appointments in this instance can be tricky. Can you imagine having a Bride booked in on her big day, only for the stylist to ring in sick 🫣……Plus not to mention when that member of staff is sick and not in work you ARE as a business, loosing money… and when a business looses money for any length of time, jobs are then lost… it’s a sad state of affairs I know but it is a fact. Plus when employers have a choice between a healthy person or a disabled person, the healthy person is going to be favoured more because the likelihood is they will be more of a productive member of the workforce. Also hiring someone with a disability can also come at a cost for the employer to make sure that disabled person has everything they need to do the job safely and some businesses just don’t have the money to put these special systems in place and they get no help financially to do so (or at least they never used to)
I think a lot of people are under an illusion that business owners are all like lord sugar and have an endless line of cash, which for most business owners is just not true. A lot of businesses out there (and actually more so big business)are in more debt than you would realise…
I have had my disability all my adult life since I was 16 years old (I’m 48 now) and I have lost many jobs because of it, hence why I went self employed (nobody could sack me for my sick time) so I really do understand the problem…
Over the years I’ve had about 5 operations to remove appendix, gallbladder, adhesions, piles, bowel resection, and in top of this I’ve had well over 20 life threatening bowel obstructions that I’ve been hospitalised with for a min of a week at a time. I have sever Crohn’s disease. Then 5 years ago I had to have 52cm of my small bowel removed due to my bowel closing up from scar tissue caused by Crohn’s, I also had a bowel to bowel fistula, which is basically 2 parts of bowel joined together over time and the fistula is a hole connecting the 2 parts that shouldn’t be connected…. After the surgery 5 years ago I have hardly been through the door as I cannot get off the toilet, the surgery left me with something else as well as Crohn’s called bile acid malabsorption. This causes explosive watery stools DAILY anywhere up to 20 times per day and each bowel movement feels like passing glass and I get off the toilet sweating and in agony and unfortunately there is no cure. Because of my bowel resection I also now cannot absorb vitamin B12 or folate naturally from my diet (this has its own unique set of symptoms) as that piece of bowel that absorbs b12 and folate has been removed, so now I have to have regular b12 injections for the rest of my life… and just to top it off I’m also immune compromised due to the medication to try and control the Crohn’s disease and that’s just the main problems I have, Crohn’s disease also causes other issues in my joints….. but to look at me and watch me walking etc I look absolutely fine on the outside, but inside I’m a mess.
I know am not reliable enough to take on even a part time job, even though I’d love to be able to go back to work again, I actually miss my job, I loved being a hairdresser but I can’t get through the door before 1pm and then the anxiety of needing the loo and having approx 30 seconds to find one is so severe i have stopped going out at all and on the odd occasion I do go out I have to take immodium (which I’ve been told NOT to take regular as it can mask over my Crohn’s symptoms) the night before and the morning before I go out, so it’s like a military operation…..mornings are the worst for me..

People like to blame the Tory government but the truth is it's the civil servants who are ultimately responsible for the way it treats people, they are a law onto themselves as they please themselves about if they decide if they go in the office or not. And they use people who ain't medically qualified to assess people

DWP placed me on lower rate mobiliity & lower rate personal care, despite my having spinal injuries, intractible chronic pain, crippling pains in my feet & legs making everyday a challenge of whether I can stand up and walk or not. I had a Care Act Assessment back in 2010 which said, I need someone with me to be able to live in my own home safely - i.e. I needed supervision. The DWP consistently ignored the Adult Social Care report, so my local authority's benefit rights team became inolved and took the DWP to a tribunal. The DWP changed their decision in my favour within a week of the tribunal application.

I've been on a PIP waiting list since last November, when PIP suddenly and without warning decided to cut my DLA in half and reduced my mobility points to below 14, so I couldn't re-apply for another Motability vehicle just before Christmas. The DWP have done this to me *every two years* for the last eight, since my wife passed away suddenly in 2015, I've been dragged through four PIP tribunals now, where they quickly reinstated my severe disability entitlement and forced PIP to repay the seven to eight months denied Daily living allowance each time. It's this direct persecution that's inflicting more unnecessary suffering on physically and mentally (practically housebound) vulnerable older claimants like myself. Where I have no family to lean on for support and rely entirely on the government to even afford my ever-increasing bills and living expenses. But the council still demand £112 a month rent top-up the intentional shortfall the DWP created in the benefits paid out. Give it in one hand (tell you it's the minimum the government says you can live on each week) then take a big chunk of it straight back in rent and another £21 a week in bedroom tax. 😡♿

Nice video. They claim to help, but they couldn't give a hoof about disabled people, vulnerable people, or even you, who paid into the system for decades if your not ill with mental health. DWP will speed up that process and make you ill. I'm worried about job centre appointments, advisor appointments, phone calls, emails, brown letters, and wrong earnings overpayment and underpayment. The list is endless of fear.
Plus I never tell people or mentioned I'm on UC they think your benefit cheat.

Agree with what youve said here, they dont' care and they actually make mental health worse with all the messing around, letters, endless appointments, phone calls, forcing you to do this or that, over payments under payments etc, they are the worst people to increase MH in this country they really are.
And as you said you cant tell people your on benefits as your automaticaly a benefit cheat and a scrounger, tell that to the single mum with 2 kids cos her husbands cheated and walked out on her but she still has to work 16 hours a week..... its like the saying goes not all disabilities are visable, neither are people on the outside.

I have extensive medical records of my condition and the problems it causes and its threat to my life which is classed a severe yet the DWP rely on a person without any expertise in your condition to make a judgment over the phone about you fitness to work. In my application for LCWRA they stated my doctor and consulate were not qualified to assess my capability to work WTF. My claim went to tribunal and thankfully tribunals have yet to be controlled by the DWP and the tribunal didn't even need a hearing to decided in my favour. While we rightly blame the Tories for all this it must be noted that no other party is doing anything to defend us you would think in an election year the fact the UN has found the DWP guilty of human right violations would be a major election lever but no nothing so don't think voting Labour will change anything they will use the usual excuse Oh we inherited this from the Tories and there is nothing we can do BS

I would not intentionally comment in any manner that might incur a strike to your channel or cause harm, however the media of all forms need to put on their big person undies and accept that free speech may not and probably most likely not, be consistent with their limited agendas and limitations on expression by humans who use their services.
This is particularly pertinent for subjects emotive to the species and cause stress and or harm to said species. Free speech in this regard is wonderful thing as it allows the human to vent pent up emotions that could erupt into forms of behaviour harmful to all.
In times of increased stress, say on the brink of world war, humans may vent more frequently and with less eloquent language in their dispare at the situation they find themselves which they were not the engineer - sadly only passengers on a run away train travelling to unknown dangers.

We need to get new medical treatments for arthritis include stem cells injections to repair the damage for mobility problems to help people return to work. Many disabled people need better care and more preventive treatments to stop more people becoming disabled.
We need to offer free fitness programmes to stop people becoming disabled and way to improve disabled lives including working with businesses to help disabled people. For example, the government needs to offee living wage on top of a disability payment with flexibility in working hours to help people with disabilities.
A new healthcare plan is also needed to to find a cure for many health conditions from Kidney, liver, heart and mental health problems associated with brain diseases. A larger reseach budget in health could help more disabled people back into work like stem cells to repair nerves in the spine to help people walk and stand to diseases like MD, Parkinsons, early form of dementia.
