This year all my semester is about child psychology, human development, from conception, infancy to childhood, So, according to that the baby starts noticing the expression from 5months of his/her birth, the smile and gratefulness of the mother is what comforts the baby. The baby neither understands nor will remember what you say but your expressions is what develops a bond further.

You were so great with what you did I was the older sister when my brother was born. I was 5 years older and was so excited my mom got me a new doll that I got from my grandma the nite my brother was born. But my brother was like having a live baby doll.

Things were a lot different when I was born (1962). My mom DID SAY that if she had to do it again,she would have waited before having two kids back to back ( my brother and I are a year apart). And a lot of the things that newborn moms have now, did not exist back in the 1960's.
This was soo emotional to watch🥹
