    You're not alone! I know how horrible it can feel to wake up, anxious, jittery, and overwhelmed by everything and nothing. Deep breathing and distractions help me a lot. Hang in there, girl!

    Yes! On one hand I’m so sorry you’re going through it right now but on the other hand it’s a relief to hear other people talk about the same feelings I’ve had for so long but don’t really know how to describe. The deep sigh thing drives me crazy…it’s like I’m waiting for something to pop or really any sort of feeling of relief but it almost feels like I can’t get enough breath in. Hope things start getting better ❤

      I’m so sorry to hear that!!! You’re right though - totally in this together 🥰🫶 I should really try yoga. I am super lazy with giving it a go!
