I’m like a kid at Christmas Eve at the minute.. I’m waitin for my first car - I passed my test in Nov (first time) !
I’ve gone for the 208GT - BLACK. It’s at the dealership right now! I’m just finalising some adaptations as I’m a wheelchair user.. that needs hand controls. I’ve sat in the car at a convention and it right what you say.. it does make you feel special! As soon as I sat in it an closed the doors, I KNEW it was the car for me! 🤩‼️
How's the car so far?
Hi Alex. How is the car so far? I'm considering it but have trust issues because of the history of parts in SA
@karaboRiley I wanna buy the car too but it's hard to find someone with the car so they can share their honest experiences
@thecreatorzar I've seen great prices on demos and used. I love everything about the car. Just worried about after sales. I have trust issues.
@@karaboRiley Yes that's my worry too
The 208 is definitely a beautiful car with a very bold new look. If it wasn't out of my price range I would love to get one. My only concern is their after-sales reputation has me a tad spooked.
Even right now their after sale services hasn’t improved?
@@amapianomusicsa5900 Maybe it will improve greatly when the Stellantis manufacturing facilities are fully erected and running in the Eastern Cape
I think the 208 is way better than the Polo The polo is very boring.
Great review!
Got a 208 GT (that has many differences from the allure) almost full optional for about €20.000 and I'm as happy as I could be, what an amazing little car
Great review, what microphone are you using
Gorgeous review from South Africa! The GT line model is my perfect car 😍 Being a Leo ♌, I'm drawn to distinct and unique choices.
Love the look of the 208. How is the road noise between this and the VW Polo? How does maintenance cost and services compare?
If you want a unique car, buy a 208.
Me as a french: 😐 "208 is the best selling car in 2020, 2021 & 2022 in France"
It's expensive but still like it
Is finding parts for this car still an issue?
I’ve got this car 208GT automatic, it’s an amazing car!!🚗
@lars I want to get the car, how long you've owning it & how's the costs of ownership & parts availability?
@@thecreatorzarI’ve the car now 9 months, I have the GT version so that cost me around 32K but it is it worth!!
@@lars4907 are the parts widely available in South Africa? & How's the service of the car or is yours still under service plan?
@@thecreatorzar I’m not from South Africa 🇿🇦
I Schmaak it👍🔥
That was actually close to Russian accent.😂🤣
😂 that was a Russian accent, I'd say. Great review. The youtube algorithm is at its best.
Glad you enjoyed it! So many more to come
I have this car and it has an arm rest...
We've trust issues, in terms of reliability. VW will always win because of that. I'd shortlist thus car if it wasn't for the price.
Really. Like VW's don't break down.
Be realistc. Any vehicle manufacturer has or faults and defects.
@@Rookshana.Takolia786 but if parts are readily available and technicians that are knowledgeable, it gives you peace of mind. If Peugeot had a car plant in SA, they'd dominate sales.

So who says Peugeout's parts aren't readily available? I've seen so many of the so called 'quality' German cars on an AA flatbed. Don't fall for media hype without proper research. Furthermore, from an insurance and secueity perspective, the Peugeout is less likely to be hijacked or stolen. Thank you.
@@Rookshana.Takolia786 Don't get emotional here chief. I have done my research, not only on reviews but from actual owners of various from this model. It is not your family's brand, for you to feel the need to defend it the way you're. No one said the German brands are flawless, there's no perfect car. But they're miles ahead of Peugeot based on the convenience they offer.

You obviously aren't emotionally intelligent enough to know that having a debate is healthy without resorting to call people emotional when they point out facts that seem to irritate you. It seems that you are the one who is too emotionally attached to one particular vehicle brand. For your information, I don't even drive a Peugeot. I just appreciate the finer things and have a taste for style, beauty and aesthetics. Thank you and enjoy the rest of your day. Bye.
You have sold this car to me🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽 I’m going to eat noodles for the next 72 months though😆
