Yepp. When you are exposed to domestic violence you tend to really silence your inner voice and just try to keep the peace so they don't explode. You constantly feel like you are walking on egg shells and it becomes really stressful. At some point you really just lose the fight. Some people never get it back when they stay. Some people eventually get fed up and leave and find themselves again. Even though you are forever changed by domestic violence, victims can find themselves again. Love themselves again and find someone else who loves them and tries to Respect their boundaries as a domestic violence victim. It isn't easy and you carry alot of negative traits even as a victim because of how you had to be in your abusive relationship. It's a lot of hard work to recover but it's also a breath of fresh air. It is such a relief and you really regain your love for life.
She's probably fed up and standing up for herself. She's not a weak person overall.

Now these recording being played once this divorce under way the crippling comments in the recordings and on the stand in Fair Fax VA. Don't match Why claim fear, why keep pushing abuses, arguing, partying, and NEVER LEAVE, WALK AWAY WITH A LUCRATIVE CAREER AND A NEW ZIP CODE. THAT is what many survivors of DV have done without a job without lucrative access without transportation, without family, a Dr a nurse, an attorney.

Johnny depp's lawyer nailed it. She asked amber indirectly that she has so many pictures of Johnny sleeping but not a picture of her hurt or medical records of her being hurt. Also she enhanced the fact that johnny wears these rings on his finger and amber claimed to have been repeatedly struck by Johnny on her face but no picture evidence to show the impact of the rings and also next, she showed pictures of amber the very next day after her every accusation of Johnny beating her up and she apparently looks absolute fine .. she also pin pointed the fact that amber didn't pay the charity money and lied several times about it and under oath.

Best to have spent time and resources well in therapy, attorneys and moving out. The most loving, unconditional love you can give. And unlike many in these relationships she has the time, accessible funds and multi dwellings to seek peace and quite rather than demanding to "fight it out like a man and stop being a baby?" Says more about her and her self sabotage, and unwillingness to see her own inner child. Until then everyone in time in the path of a personality as this will find no peace, Not once in her recordings videos is she demanding peace, resting, walking away, the journals are the other side that are not at all reflective of the person she is heard on on her and his recordings.

Every recording played reveals a little more truth as to who the aggressor was in their relationship. If she thought playing these would help her case, it shows her lack of grip on reality. She should be in jail for what she tried to do to him. It's a very scarey, sobering experience to hear the person you shared your soul with sit on the stand & tell flat out lies about you in an attempt to destroy you. You realize there's no line they won't cross & have no idea what's coming next. She is despicable.

When you love someone, as she claims multiple times to garner empathy from the jury, you don't take pictures of your partner and send it to your friend to show look what I am dealing with. You respect your partner and keep their low moments private and seek actual help! Not degrade your partner in the eye of your friends

I've call the police on my husband once, when he was at his lowest with drug and alcohol addiction, not because I wanted him arrested but I was so worry he was going to die, the whole thing went wrong we both looked bad, it was a bad decision, I still can't forget. But thank God we are still together.

You can love a person, yet don't have to put up with toxic crap from them. This goes both way's. I went through a divorce and my ex said he loved me, but it didn't stop him from bringing up my mistakes within the marriage for his benefit in court. I love how the judge is letting her dig a bigger hole for herself. Being a female veteran, she and I understand pain and know what it looks and feels like. That judge knows a liar when she sees and hears one. Even though I don’t really know what the judge believes. Nothing I heard makes me believe her. Johnny is like “WTH is she talking about? She’s crazy, I just need to get off the phone with this nut!” Johnny did not call her a liar but she is one! I hear a woman trying to set him up for more extortion. This is the most blatant lying I’ve ever seen and she deserves perjury charges.

The audio evidence clearly revealed that she set him up for 3 yrs . She even mentioned piling "evidences" putting up make up (i.e.fake bruises) taking photos of it and making statements to her friends to corroborate the photos. She never loved him. I just got off of a work related injury where I had metal piping hit me in the nose. It took me 2 weeks to fully recover from bruising and swelling of my nose and concussion protocols with several limitations. My nose was swollen for several days, EVEN with using ice to try to reduce swelling. Swelling doesn’t go down in 10 minutes before a red carpet event and no amount of makeup can hide a disfigurement from a broken nose!! Who’s to say that any fractures seen after AH’s divorce can be attributed to plastic surgery or a past fight with someone else, since AH loves to fight with everyone within a fist’s reach!!?
