I know Bill Paterson from an episode of Psych where he also played a detective lol
Also this episode reminded me of some of Ted Dekker’s thrillers.
Also you are thinking of William Peterson!

Loved it but I wasn’t fond of how they tried to lead us to believe Mulder was the killer since it was just a waste of time and he could have been better utilized. However, the ending with the killer reveal is really great and well executed. A cool episode and I dig any bits of gargoyles in film and tv.

@@DonJoeBob I think more so, it was an exorcise in revisiting ‘Manhunter’ from 86,’ not sure if anyone could’ve really believed Mulder was actually killing.. Loved Kurtwood Smith in this!!

@@vhs8270 Fun fact, our daughter is 21, when she started to get into movies as a kid, she always favored older actors. Most likely this was due to Peter Cushing being her favorite from Star wars, this led to her loving his performances in Hammer films. Later she discovered 70s show, and loved Kurtwood; she was shocked to find out that I knew who Kurtwood was 😂

Decent episode! Not quite as good as the next one, Piper Maru, though!
