Nevada game was closer than we wanted, but not as close as the score looked. Up 2 TD's in the 2nd half, ended (again) with the ball on offense (no chance of a hail mary tying it), and multiple Kneel downs to end the game, IN SCORING RANGE, Oregon punched it in against Michigan at the end to run up the score, we could have won by more, but CHOSE not to, highlights don't show that.
Mr. Bedell kept mentioning Ole Miss, Tenn, Bama, Georgia. I think he forgot about Texas, so the committee views a 5 teams SEC more powerful than the BIG10, me thinks
I think a 16-team playoff with 10 conference champs and 6 at-large bids is perfect, with the CFP committee only responsible for seeding. It would be best for college football top to bottom but we know the P2 are not really worried about the sport writ large.
I agree the ACC will have a team in, but I heard Guaranteed spot, I do not see where ANY conference has a lock, only the top 5 which will always be SEC, BIG10, BIG12, ACC, G5, but this year if ACC, or BIG12 winner has 3 losses, then a undefeated Army and 1 loss other G5 could by rule both get in at the expense of 1 P4 team.
O’line is getting dominated these last several games, it seems. Opponent defenses are already on Jeanty’s ass the second he gets the ball or no holes are opening for him.
Wow. Look at the criteria on the CFP webpage. Based on the criteria Boise should be ranked #9 right now. If you don't have a problem with Alabama being ranked ahead of Bosie State then you don't know the voting criteria and need to look at the rules. Same with Notre Dame and Miami. Not Mathematically possible right now. This is obvious for people who want to open their eyes. EYE TEST IS NOT PART OF THE EQUATION.
In all these CFP conversations everybody is emitting the actual conference championship games that WILL happen. Big 12 and ACC will jump us in that game that nobody talks about. No bye for BSU

San Jose in 2006 was a field goal as time expired
