Yes! I was waiting for you to do this! Couple of things I spotted: -With the tux, he wears clean converse, just to smarten everything up. I think that it's the only time he wears non-battered shoes - Number 9 is so underrated and I'm so glad someone agrees with me on that! - I thought the Midnight shirt was dark blue? It doesn't really matter though - The pajamas are a foreshadowing outfit, 100% - The blue suit/burgundy shirt was my prom outfit. Not a cosplay suit, just a normal blue one, and I couldn't find any converse, only Vans, but it still looked great. - Yes! Number 1 is so deserved! It's such good design to have dark on dark with the swirls really popping. You're right, it completely lends itself to the magical fairytale vibe of the episode.

I really like the End of Time outfit, which was really just the midnight outfit but with the long brown coat. Though I will say I definitely prefer the brown suits to the blue ones for some reason, I don’t know why.
I do love the blue suit. So much so, when it came to picking my first smart wedding suit I made sure to get one as identical to Ten's as possible (minus the pinstripes). I also used to enjoy predicting what suit he would be wearing in which story, which I lost track of when Matt Smith came in as he didn't change his costume as much. But great to see many of the different variations. I hadn't picked up on all of them before.
I like the smith and jones look the best. Especially with the wacky hair when he messes it up. He looks kinda fancy, while also capturing that Doctor craziness.
While I began noticing details in the outfits with the Twelfth Doctor, the big detail I was constantly watching was the neckties the Tenth Doctor wore (I have more than 100 pieces of neckwear.)
Another brilliant top 10 selection and honourable mention. My other honourable mentions for me would be: 1. The Sanctuary Base 6 space suit which was later worn by Doctors 11 and 12 which was a debatable choice as it was 10's unique space suit to begin with. The space suit from 42 was good too but it didn't stand out as much as the SB6 one. 2. Fear Her as it presented a variant for the hot Summer weather with few layers: brown suit and under shirt, and one of the few variants with black converses outside of the tuxedo. 3. The Meta-Crisis Doctor, just like Fear Her it's an outfit with few layers: the blue suit and a purple shirt, which truly showed the hybrid between the 9th and 10th Doctor's colour schemes I could go on as all the variants have a significance somewhere in 10's timeline
David tannetne most definitely rock those PJs I have to agree he rocked those jim jams the only thing he was missing with some sunglasses to rock those PJs

Ok Dom, Ten is my least favourite Doctor, but I needed to watch this from my notifications cause of your hard work into these videos and my enjoyment of these Top 10 costume videos. I will say these are actually really good choices and you make really good points on how they gel and why you love them so much. I did enjoy this. 😊 I have to agree Ten's Time Crash is one his best looking outfits too.
I don't like the fact that only one button is done up, middle two would have been more my preference for the casual nature of it, or the untucked shirt but if he just made those two changes that would have been my favorite outfit of his. Not his most iconic though, which is a shame because I think that they could have made more cool variants with the layering idea. I know that the layers was the original plan, I can't imagine it ever getting so iconic as the light casual shirt with a tie look but it looked good. At the moment, my favorite is a tie between the Pompeii look and your favorite.
Great vid! IMO, While I can't deny the iconography of the brown suit and that badass coat, personally I'm more of a blue suit kinda guy. Heck, I based my own persona's outfit on the blue suit, right down to the Chucks! Though admittedly I gave the concept a more cowboy twang for originality's sake, hence the denim and the hat. (Which I swear isn't a fedora!) Side note: the lapels on the blazer are actually so wide I think I could actually try and do a four-button closure... if I so desired. 😉
I loved the leather jacket from the 10th doctor who like his favorite time know how to rock that jacket seriously give it to the knows how to rock back jacket that jacket looks like absolutely perfection on him not to mention he also give me the Happy Days bye which is change right off and see if it can and yes I do love watching happy days so looking at the doctor who's that outfit on him
I think it is interesting how the 10th Doctor wore black Chuck Taylors with his brown suit in the Impossible Planet, as I am certain that is the only time he rocked that combination.
@@WhoChaser yes! I forgot about that! Still, it is an odd combination, and both are in episodes in which he ditches the brown suit for another outfit, it just seemed peculiar, but I suppose up against all of Twelve’s wardrobe variations, it is not that odd. All the same, your content is awesome!
He seemed to be trying too hard to appeal to early 21st Century sensibilities with his clothes, the blue suit with a blue shirt and red tie is the best by my opinion. But the mud brown overcoat clashed with it too much - in reality that coat would have attracted much more unwanted attention than he would want to as a Time Traveler, it made him stand out a mile away almost as much as the 6th Doctors coat did . I expect that the 6th Doctor would have changed his look if he lived longer as his mind settled down (it seems he had a relatively short life) - probably a black variant on the suit he started out with - a Black Long Coat, colorful waistcoat (like the one Rowan Atkinson wore), Crimson Cravat Black Trousers. That would have been closer to what Colin wanted back then.

Nope, not the only time. He wore the black converse with his brown suit in Rise of the Cybermen also.
