That would be wonderful... the builds that are in the game are so ..... sometimes there are not even wallpaper 😐
Unfortunately I don't think this style of detailed builds can be shipped with the game. It's because the game needs to run OK on what they announce as minimum specs for it.
I'm sure if it was an option theyd hire talented builders. But as it is I imagine it's not worth it.

@@OlgaGax Yes there is a lot of restrictions for the Sims 4 team when it comes to builds (I learned this watching Little Simsie) but I am sure Marmelad would do great even with restrictions, she has such good tastes and she is so creative 🥺

I think Deligracy does build tours sometimes, and another sim RUclipsd called Adeline does build tours. I think these youtubers are popular for entertainment rather than their building skills most of the time, nonetheless they are all still brilliant builders.

Сколько прекрасного в одном доме! Этот бассейн с водопадом, чашами с огнём и грандиозной лестницей, и эта чудесная детская комната с террариумом (!), замечательный подвал. А боковая веранда какая атмосферная, каждая скульптура и деревце на своём месте) И я искренне надеюсь, что эта история так не заканчивается. Не хочу верить, что у этого красавчика не корыстные замыслы)

But latinamerican houses are strong influenced by spanish architecture,

It has a loose Spanish influence in materials and construction (light walls, floor tiles, wrought iron, dark wood furniture), but it's usually more majestic.

I mean, the house is amazing, but it’s not what I would call Spanish style, at least not from where I live (which is also Spain😅)
@@Risperanto It is common in certain regions of Andalusia. Of course, it's common in rich families. Yeah, it's not the common Spanish house, not in most of the country at least. But it is similar to some Andalusian mansions. Then again, most of those Andalusian homes are a copy from American "Spanish houses". And the American "Spanish houses" are a copy of Spanish-American houses from the period of the Spanish Empire. These houses would resemble those back in Spain, but would change a little bit to adapt to the American climate, which varied a lot, from Caribbean, to jungle-like, to forest, and, in the southern part of the USA, pretty much desertic. It was this peudo desertic style Americans tried to copy in the "Spanish revival" movement. But of course, they did it their own way. So it was certainly not your typical Spanish house back in Spain, but it wasn't your typical Spanish-American traditional house from the imperial times either. It was a recreation of it, so to speak, with a lot of artistic licenses. Then, some Spanish wealthy families copied the American "Spanish revival" style, and that's how you end up with houses looking like the ones in the video in Southern Spain. They are not really Spanish style, let alone traditionally Spanish, but they do have Spanish elements, because the origin of this style (which is American, really) is in Spain. It just went through a lot of changes. In the rest of Spain, it's true that you won't find anything like this, and if you do, they are probably made of stone, and not that weird thing they like to paint the walls with. In fact, even in southern Spain, most of these houses are compeltely white, though there are some greish and oragish ones as well. Also, mind this is the sims. I once tried to make a real looking house and it looked terrible XD Not that I'm a great builder, but common, it was my worst house by far, and I was just copying a real beautiful house XD

This is such an amazing build, beautiful! What I also wanted to mention is how I find it very impressive how you make very large spaces / rooms look so beautiful. I make my houses always quite small because I wouldn't be able to do such a thing.
