    Mike, I have being in the business since 2006. I have never make a substantial amount of money (three figures) in RE sales, I have make it in investments I have made in RE. I now want to refocus on the sales and just discovered you. I think you are amazing and look forward to follow all of your methods and advice. I really think you have lots of wisdom in the business. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

    Boss , I am a new agent , no bs 3 months in , found your organization last month .... god answered my prayers. I got my 1st listing contract signed on 3/2/21. I role play and that gives me so much confidence. I am gonna crush it, the listing process works!!

    Great info!!! However, I am little confused as per when has an agent walked through the home to determine the price before sending out the pre listing package? One would think an agent needs to see the house before determining the price?

      Thats a valid. point. I had the same thought initially too. However, you are basically conveying the message to Client that you are the Market expert and you know what homes are selling in the area. In prequalifying questions you'll ask the client "Please describe you home for me". This is where you are giving them a chance to express themselves about all the updates they have made. Based on the condition of the house and whats going on in the area, you'll send them a CMA of estimated list price. Check out the prequalification script.
