Man. If I can say 1 thing about your instruction technique, the fact that you played ATC in his ear as he was simulated IFR and made sure his read backs and executions were correct was something I had never even thought of. When I was learning I never had a specific instruction of diversion while in the pattern. (Extended down wind, hold instruction, stay clear of etc.) Until I was solo!! I was so confused when I heard "Skyhawk 44 sierra extend down wind and I'll call your base" im pretty sure I just said "ok" in my reply 😂😂
Man you are on it!
Love the full length videos man!
Awesome! I was hoping someone would
Same here. I took lessons many years ago but never finished because of financial issues, then health issues. Now I just fly flight simulators, but I still like learning the correct way to do things.
Listening to your ground school playlist on my long drives across the Midwest. 9 years in b2b sales, married two kids. I need to start flight lessons
Thank you for all of your content!!
No problem!
Awesome! Go for it! It’s a blast!
Excellent video Josh. Its crazy to see all the taxiways and runway completely covered in snow. Definitely a whole new world for flying compared to here. It sure looked like a beautiful day for flying. I hope you and your family are doing well. Keep up the excellent work. Safe skies my friend 🇺🇸🛩️
Thanks Kevin! We’re doing great!
@@FreePilotTraining that's great to hear my friend. 🇺🇸🛩️
So Cool
Thanks!
That reminds me of how my second lesson went.
good to see you up here, thanks for all your help, got my ppl checkride this month. Theres cheap rentals at the aero club on base if thats your thing.
Thanks! I actually signed up to instruct on base. I took all the tests and my checkout was canceled 4x because of stupid rules or reasons that made no sense. I figured it wasn’t meant to be at that point. Currently on orders, so I’ve been too busy to fly the last couple months. Hopefully that will change soon
Love your content. Thanks for all the hard work!
Thank you! That means a lot
Amazing scenery!
Thank you!

Same! It's been 20 for me!!!
Thanks sir,watching from Vancouver 🇨🇦
You’re welcome!
Thanks
No problem
Are you still in alaska? I train at Merrill and love to take a pic with you if you’re still here
I actually live here now. I’ve been thinking about going over to Land and Sea to talk to them about a sea plane rating. Where are you training? We may be able to meet up when I go there. Also, pm me on Facebook or Instagram so we can continue this conversation. I have issues replying to a reply on RUclips
Fantastic mate! Are you showing any other lessons with your trainee? I'm currently doing Aeronautical Radio Operator Course here in Australia with @ausflight and could understand the radio equipment and procedures on your lesson here much better!
Greetings from Gold Coast/Tweed Heads Australia and thanks again!
🤙🛩️🏄🌴🌅
I haven’t made any more with him, but I have a handful of other ones with another student. I’d like to take a student all the way through on a series at some point.
Flight
Did I spell something wrong? Lol wouldn’t be a first
