The reason why your Blackridge didn’t fit the mb with just the AM5 short backplate is because there are two AM5 socket retention designs Asus seems to be using on their B650E-I mbs. Yours has extra material around the edges which blocks the black ridge brackets. The other socket style works perfectly with the Blackridge and AM5 short backplate - no need to remove the entire socket retention mechanism and only the M.2 heat sink needs to be removed

Spot on review. I feel exactly the same about this case. From the adjustable spine not being original as some reviewers think, to the fact that the case is bigger than the T1, yet has worse compatibility (especially the 2 vs 1 fan, and the suffocating placement for that single fan). I lug my PC around a lot and switched from an NCase M1 to a Terra instead of a T1 because of the jade color! I really hope this trend continues as purely utilitarian colors feel so drab. The pop of color and wooden accents are very appealing :)
Though it does not officially support this, the spacing of the vents on the side panels allows for fan and radiator installation and I built a dual 240 loop into it using the single 120 fan mount as exhaust similar to a Corsair One. It certainly isn't as versatile as a T1 but it's a small price to pay for the better looks.

at the cost of GPU space, if you add a 120 AIO you need a mini graphics card like the, Zotac GeForce GTX 1650 Super Twin Fan. which is great for 1080p gaming i guess.

I’m running an Asus Ap201 and it’s a dream. So much ventilation, good options for fans and rads, and it’s super easy to build in because all the panels just pop off. Plus, it looks great in an understated elegant kind of way. Would love to see that case get some more appreciation.

I’m thinking of doing this with my ghost s1 which has a flow through spine mod. Only thing stopping me is I need to get new custom cables as the ones I have currently aren’t long enough.

I have the terra with a b760i + i7 13700 + rtx 4070 asus dual and i have to use a ID Cooling is-60 taking of the 95mm fan to fit the mother. Then i use the 95mm fan to INTAKE air from the bottom of the PSU/GPU, i get less than 70° in full load of the GPU but the CPU is on fire, on full load i get 95/100. So i change the PL1 and PL2 to 65W, i lost performance on the i7 but i have peace of mind that i dont have to worry about temperatures. Maybe the i7 13700 is no for this kind of build.
    Any suggestions?
