111 WorkChamp has bigger blade, wood saw, file/metal saw and more ergonomic handle than 91 Swiss Champ.

Yes, I share the same opinion, that's why I bought it; 91 was returned.

Hi, recently lost my Handyman at the airport. Between swiss champ and work champ, which one should I go for..? Thanks in advance.

Handyman is such a great model. If you were happy with it, just buy another! Otherwise, get the Workchamp.

The 91mm sak is the best size
The 111mm sak is to big
I have a Leatherman if I needs bigger tool

You might be right. 111 feels better in my hand. Conversely, I have smaller Leatherman."
