VICTORINOX WORKCHAMP XL [0.8564.XL] & WORKCHAMP [0.8564V1]

- On the WorkChamp, Victorinox did anything:
- V1 (my name): no blocking of the flat screwdriver/bottle opener / no liner lock (notched button instead), no stopping point at 90 ° to the knife blade,
- replacement of the small flat screwdriver with a second punch (none has a hole unlike that of the WorkChamp) on the WorkChamp XL.
It is high time that Victorinox put an updated catalog online, the one offered on its site dating from 2017.
No WorkChamp has a pinhole or a pinhole: that's niggardly!
Sur le WorkChamp, Victorinox a fait n'importe quoi :
- V1 (mon appellation) : pas de blocage du tournevis plat/décapsuleur/ pas de liner lock (bouton crantée à la place), pas de point d'arrêt à 90° de la lame de couteau,
- remplacement du petit tournevis plat par un deuxième poinçon (aucun n'a de trou contrairement à celui du WorkChamp) sur le WorkChamp XL.
Il serait grand temps que Victorinox mette en ligne un catalogue mis à jour, celui proposé sur son site datant de 2017.
Aucun WorkChamp n'a de trou d'épingle ni d'épingle : c'est mesquinerie !

Dear diezelle57, I think about buying a Workchamp or a Swisstool spirit X. I don't work as a craftsman or something similar. Which tools is more comfortable in Daly use? I plan to carry it in my Backpack to have some handy tools on me to solve daily tasks. I enjoy your content alot. Best regards

Excellente vidéo d’un comparatif que je cherchais ce matin même et ...tu l’as fait ! Le bruit des oiseaux : très bonne idée ces vidéos de présentation et comparatifs de couteaux suisses sans paroles avec le bruit des oiseaux. Reposant. Le workchamp est le handyman en 111mm. Excellente sélection d’outils. La version XL : définitivement trop lourde pour un emport journalier à la ceinture et une sélection d’outils que je ne comprends pas (ex: le double poinçon). Au plaisir de voir tes prochaines vidéos.
Merci :) Le Worchamp XL est très lourd en effet. Comme j'essaie de le montrer sur la vidéo, il existe une versions du XL avec un poinçon et un petit tournevis plat ... Une version sans doute fabriquée après 2017, je ne sais pas; c'est hallucinant. Victorinox fait des petites modifications, je dirais, en douce : ) Comme pour le Workchamp. Comme pour le XAVT dont j'ai appris qu'il fut vendu avec deux (2) loupes ! :)

Well, i have the victorinox equestrian one and workchamp xl also. BTW the hoof cleaner tool on the knife i never used to pick dust out my pony hooves but i used to untie knots as the same function as the marlinspike tool.

I have standard workchamp and Swisschamp... Swisschamp using is very often, workchamp is better for car/bag... As for me, my trailmaster is optimal among 111 mm models for every day usage...

Non, il s'agit d'un bogue de Victorinox qu'on retrouve aussi sur le Swiss Champ XAVT (deux outils identiques). La lame de couteau du Work Champ est plus imposante que celle du Swiss Champ ...

Victorinox, en son catalogue, conseille le 4.0524.31 (avec clip rotatif) mais le modèle 4.0523.31 devrait convenir (entre, un peu serré toutefois, dans le 4.0523.3).

Вообщем напильник и пила по металлу абсолютно неактуальны . Лучше взять Hercules нового образца без напильника. Вот это действительно золотая середина 111 мм ножей. В руке сидит идеально. И есть все самое необходимое -нож, плоскогубцы , ножницы, пила , открывашки и куча отверток. Ну и дабы компенсировать отсутствие напильника , я в чехол для ножа вложил два куска наждачки с крупным и мелким зерном , так что у меня воркчемп Геркулес)
