Tuula, I will try making this crochet lacy top for me when I am able to purchase the yarn. Since I have a belly, I will be making it in a larger size and longer to cover my stomach. Your daughter is gorgeous! Thanks for sharing your crochet talent with your subscriber and fans.
Thank you! Sounds great! If I made this for myself I would also make it a lot wider and longer. Hope you get to make one soon!
A wonderful slow & clear video 😊
Thank you, happy to hear! 💙
I love your design.
Your daughters are beautiful.
I will try this pattern.💗
Great, have fun making it! 🙂
Thank you for the lovely pattern and explanation. I made for my daughter and she just loved it!!!
Oh great, I'm happy to hear! And lovely that she liked it 😍
Nice!
I have long wanted to crochet a simple tee shirt for myself and sans the lacey flowers or filet bits this v stitch might just be the right one.
Yes, this could be used in many different ways! 💜
You have beautiful daughters and how nice of them that they want to model for you 🌷
Thank you, yes, I'm glad they agree to model! 🙂
Such a beautiful top😍👍.

Thank you so much! 💜
This is a version of the V stitch that I haven't seen before. It looks nice with the flower stitch pattern.. I am adding this top to my To Do List
Great, happy you like it! I prefer this way to do the V-stitch, it's my favourite stitch.
Beautiful 💞💞
Thank you! 🙂
wery nice.😊thanks 😊
Thank you!
Beautiful garment,i really like this ' V' stitch ,and i think it is suitable for a blanket,i was wondering what the multiples of chain stitches would be
I have a tutorial for the V-stitch on its own here ruclips.net/video/ku0RkpSHj-0/видео.html
Känns som sommaren håller på att ta slut....så håller på med en varm poncho ;)
I hope there is another month at least of summer, plus I have lots of viewers in Australia where summer is only starting 🙂
Please would you tell us the gauge? It’s a lovely top. I am too old and not the best shape for a crop top so intend to make it longer. Thanks from West Yorkshire in the UK. xxx
The reason I didn't give the gauge is that in the beginning I'm explaining how to determine the right amount of stitches. Also because I'm using a different yarn the gauge for the two different tops is different. I would suggest to watch the video at this spot ruclips.net/video/AhQs-clluWo/видео.html where I explain the sizing. You could make a lot more chains, crochet the first row to see how large the top needs to be.
Hope this helps!
What about Large size , how many chaines please, I would love to make it
I explain the principle of different sizes at the very end of the video. Can't give stitch amounts though. To get the right size the best way is to make a chain that is a good bit longer than how big the top needs to be, crochet the first row until it is the right size. This principle is explained at 2:20 on the video.
