Unfortunately, no written pattern. (I barely have time to film, being in school, more so writing patterns.)
Difficulty: intermediate to advanced. The pattern uses chain, single crochet, double crochet.

Simple but elegant! Thank you for the tutorial :) May I ask how it wears with your choice of yarn? I have another project I am working up with this yarn and I am very curious how it feel in weight and how breathable it is?
Thanks! It actually wears well and is breathable. I do live in the Eastern NC, so the humidity here cancels anything that is ‘breathable’, but if in a building with an AC, it’s actually very nice.

If I want to make one for myself should I chair multiples of 8 to the desired length that fits around my waistline
I would use the widest point: chest or waist, depending.

Beautiful pattern..id like to add sleeves to this. How do I go about it?
Start the sleeve with the width of your sleeve opening, but make sure the base of the chain follows the multiples. Crochet as many rows as you want the sleeve to be long. Fold and saw to form a tube. Saw to the sleeve opening on the top and then add sleeve cuff. Hope this helps.

I would suggest making the sleeves as separate rectangles and then sew them to the top.

The desired width? Why have you only used 28 stitches then?
It’s just a sample. You chain the base chain to correspond to the desired with for your own garment

I don’t think so, but you can always wear a tank top underneath. Or you can use thinner yarn and a smaller hook sz for less gapping. To each its own 🤗
