- Just as promised in the last episode, now that I've gotten plenty of Ascended gear it's time to crack on with fractals! Tier 4 Fractals are where the loot starts to really get strong, but first I've got to make it through the infamous TIER 3 FRACTALS - will they be as bad as the legends suggest?

#GuildWars2 #GW2
Thaumanova team fully wipes in the first 30 seconds
Teapot, after soloing it entirely: "GJ team"
That was hilarious
i have srsly no idea why this is so entertaining, im laughing with him when sht goas down, ive not even played 1 single fractal yet, still going with the story here, love the vids.
So good I watched it 10 times already. A true Teapot Classic.
this man cranked the video speed up to 20X just to speedrun those analytics
23:02 - Chrono at max range so they get zero healing... LMAO! Story of my life as a HB main
I learned so much from this series of videos. GW2 really opened up to me after all these years. I actually made my first Gen1 legendary recently. Thanks for the content!
Lol. Teapot likes his PUGs like he likes his coffee beans: lightly roasted
Thank you for confirming my belief in "support" is the best way to go. The majority of my toons are based on support and not pure dps. Even my main guild doesn't believe in support.
it's why I don't use guild ppl have no idea About anything
Yup, supports are easily the most overpowered builds in GW2. Not even close
I think Teapot is confused when he says people play dps to make it go faster. New players play dps because it is the only role you can drool on the keyboard and "do your job". How do you support someone through something you don't understand? How do you provide quickness if you don't know what quickness is? I had a HAM on T4 sunquaa that gave 0% alac uptime :) Afaik that's literally just knowing how to copy a build template properly. Glad they chose to play support....
He didn't play pure dps *even though this is a standard, necessary role in every normal group* because he could maintain heals while doing more dps than literally 90% of T3 dps players.
Your commentary in fights is why I subscribed, clear and always entertaining.
And now my anxiety will be through the roof any time i'm in any fractal as my reaper, potentially being grilled xD. EDIT: Chat member "How many orb revives does this guy have", another chat member: "As many as it takes"
i love how you're constantly top dps on hfb 😂😂
Hmmm... I have to say, my experience with T3 fractals was actually really positive. T1 was easy since the fractals are really easy and agony isn't much of a thing. T2 was the no-man's-land to me, because it was slightly more difficult and it happened quite a lot that players weren't ready for the mechanics or they might not have enough AR. T3 was where the players really started to get things and that's when the groups started to get fast. T4 is even better in that regard.
As for CMs I've never really gotten into them despite doing T4 for like 7 months because all groups want killproof and I obviously don't have any. So I find them hard to get into. Also, I hate being the noob who messes stuff up for everyone, so it's a bit of a catch 22. I'd love to get into a fractal guild, because I do fractals all the time, and maybe I could get into CMs that way, but there's just so much to do (I'm still relatively new to the game compared to others - I started like 9 months ago) and I don't really know how to find one. Recommendations are welcome! 😄
Started my fresh start yesterday Havnt touched since launch. Don’t want to use my boost yet though. Your videos helped a lot for me coming back
I actually really enjoyed my time in t3 fractals. Seemed like a lot more of a chill environment compared to t4. T4 is great though if all you want to do is get it done quick. There was a lot more fun convos in t3 in my experience
If you don't care, yes, I remember how I helped a new friend, even he still has bad memories of t3 after Year when he go above it xd
Came here just to say breaking the shield on the molten bat boss is 'skill activations' not hits. So spamming 1 even if you don't hit them will reduce the shield better than long channel multi hit skills
this reminded me that i have a pile of revive orbs that i never remember to use lol
3:12 unless your a turret engineer, then you can have the best of both worlds
On the disappearing tile boss arena. I have never died to the boss, but 100 percent of times died to the disappearing tiles. I just always fail to keep an eye on them
Most players wants DPS builds because they want to finish whatever content they're in, especially the one with timers, to finish as quickly as possible and move on to the next. Yes, you need support for Strikes and Raids, but not really for the rest of the game, not even Fractals.
You do need supports, you just run offensive supports like quick firebrand/herald/mech/rene etc. Support isn't just healing. In this very video I'm playing an offensive support hybrid which is kinda the ultimate carry for fractals.
@@MightyTeapot You're right! I was looking at this at a healer's point of view
Hi Teapot, I love all your videos. I would like to ask you what do you think about a quickness harbinger build that runs blood so it s basically half a heal scourge? Mostly ritualists and maybe some celestial gear, it does like 15kdps on good phases
This is interesting. You lose the barrier from scourge, but gain boons from harbinger. Im guessing rev/rez speed does not depend on healing power, so ritualist would suffice. I'll try it out 👌
That was a pretty hilarious run
piling chrystals is so 2012 xd got some fond memories 😄😄
omg i played with that exact same warrior she died in every fractal we did it was amazing.
It's why this players goes to t4 others carry them on their backs
Cele and Divinity Runes. Master Race.
This was sooo goood!
t3 = staying at range on UB, killing oil? More of this pls.
Does anybody have a link to the build he was using at that point of the journey? Would really like to breathe some more life into my Guard, who has been WvW Boonbrand for 99% of it's level 80 existence. If that gets me out of T1 fractals, all the better.
Probably it's the one in the Hardstuck website (he is their leader after all)
This was TOO GOOD!!! XD XD XD
30:40 Yeah, but people will generally GG so there's not 1 player enjoying the fight while the others just wait for him to finish... That's why you can see someone asking for gg in the group chat. I thought it was, like, basic courtesy?
You should do a raid clear with only supports. Show the cele power hahhahah
I’m pretty sure he’s done that too in another video…. They weren’t sure who was doing what role but… it worked 😄
@@ben1991Johnson no one die but take awhile. Ok if your a noooooob
Based chrono
48:35 it's true, but you the warrior activated the fight so it didn't worked
❤️
I didn't hear no bell....
