Note! That karma to gold method is fast, but abysmal gold payout. A much better one for gold payout, but takes much longer (especially if you dont have portable forge or one of the lounge passes) is the heart vendor in the north west of bloodtide coast. Buying 4 of the fine crab grabbing gloves and firing them in the mystic forge is about 11s per 1000 karma, which is nearly 16x better than the lost orrian jewel boxes, but it is a time consuming method for doing so if you dont have a character with a large bag size, lounge pass or portable forge. This method converts 1M karma into ~100g, give or take 20g just due to luck. I'd only really recommend doing so if you absolutely do not need your karma. I've found its a great thing at winters day to do the orphan far mdaily, then when the event is done, put about 2-3M karma that you got from the event through the trader for some nice gold profit. the strike money makers are hard for me due to the social aspect. I join only to be told my DPS is 'too low' get called a leech and then kicked. After they all wiped and I had to /gg. Scape goat gonna be scape goated. So I have to go through several squads until I get a commander that does not behave like this. I am learning what guilds to avoid in particular.
Go through the "Training" LFG and not the "Experienced" one, people are a lot friendlier there. Also make sure you've actually got a build designed for group content and aren't running around in whatever random stuff you picked up as you level.

Mr Teapot since you still missing ASC chest do some HPs in tangled depths, one of my guildie high rolled ASC chest from hero point there 😂 with frugal fighter luck you can do the same 😅😅

That's odd about the AR numbers, I'm running +11's on my 2nd cele FB and it shows as 0 AR. I still craft my ascended gear and weapons. I farm enough mats daily, I have stockpiles to craft them if and when I need to
Are they in your offhand weapon set? Only the active weapons actually provide their AR, requiring you to get agony on both sets or else lose some AR. Teapot already had some on his staff, so getting his Axe/Torch setup was the final step he needed for consistent AR. On a similar vein, you'll need AR on your aquabreather cause your regular helm gets unequipped in the underwater fractal.
Hey, in the video you said you're a healer but you prefer to take celestial gear with firebrand rune. From your website guide, the two meta build are condi/Quick FB in ritualist/viper or healer brand in Harrier gear with monk rune. Is there something I miss ?
In case you didn't realized the answer yet... Celestial stat is the "most" balanced stat from the entire game. It give you all stats equaly, allowing you to do EVERYTHING at the same time (not at full power). But will make you heal, deal damage (both power and dot), spread longer boons. Celestial is the BEST stat for a newcomer/returning players, cause allow them to try everything at the same time. There are Guardian build around it, called Celebrand.
@@igorpwn true, but in celebrand you cannot reach 100% boon bonus/high heal nor high condi damage (burn). I agree, it is a true versatile build, but in high level content I still prefer to specialized.
You can get the Living World / Icebrood Saga with gold. You can also upgrade to the Deluxe versions (aka getting the extra items) with gold. But you CANNOT get the expansions themselves with gold.
The reason the karma economy is so weak (read: fucked) because it's one of the main currencies that can be afk farmed. Basically imagine your regular karma gain vs someone with 10 accounts all playing ranger/engineer parked for literally all 24 hours of the day lol

Watching MightyTeapot attain ascended gear was very exciting. In fact better than sex.
