I totally understand where this video is coming from but I just want to say to any parents who might read this. Don't worry about your baby not sleeping through the night! We are obsessed with pushing it! It's totally natural and a biological in-built mechanism to protect against SIDS. I have used the safe guidelines and Co slept with my baby since birth as I could not get her to sleep alone. She's 15 months and still sometimes wakes in the night. You do.you and don't worry about comparing your self to others. The will sleep through the night eventually it's fine xxxx
We are obsessed with trying to ensure our mental health is good so that we can take care of our babies in the best way possible. So if I ever EVER have to hear this "Oh, Baby comes always first, your needs don't matter" bull crap.... People can't really be that ignorant..... Baby needs a healthy mum to be a healthy baby. Fill your cup first
Screw not sleeping! I work, my husband works... our 6 month old does NOT sleep. I co-sleep. Co slept with my first- who is now 16... co slept with the middle one- who's now 5 and now this little booger. 😆 all breastfed. Non took a binky... my nipple was and is their binky. He feeds during the night... ugh HOW DO I STOP!!!?? I'm over it !
Ok we understand the concept of sleep training but is there a point where the crying becomes so hysterical where you have to stop and intervene? We tried this method but after the first soothing our baby started getting even more hysterical after we left her again.
i got 8 month old twin boys they do not sleep through the night at all and drink so much milk throughout the day and wake up at night every 3 hours for more these last two days i been giving them less milk oz more solid food trying to get them on a set schedule 1 twin sleeps longer than the other one twin A can sleep a couple hours after 6OZ night bottle twin B always want milk just started a pacifier i never gave them one before now he goes crazy when it falls out his mouth he’s in the bassinet rolling over now and screaming trying to play at 2-4am when it’s not play time I NEED HELP I GET NO SLEEP THROUGH THE NIGHT and have to wake up at 6 getting my toddler ready for school
I have 8 month twin girls and twin A sleeps better than twin B, but I’ve found that pushing more foods during the day allows them to sleep longer at night. I also started feeding mine 6oz every 4-5 hours when they where 6 months old then they would not be as hungry every 2 hours. Now they get a morning bottle when they wake up and food all day until the evening then I’ll do a bottle before bed.

When we talk about sleep. We mean they sleep and don’t wake up from 6-6? Or they woke up ate and went back to bed?
