Hi Jake, in my careers and in the Italian forums, I also always recommend organizing internal friendlies with close local teams from very low leagues in order to win widely to raise morale, and also a small economic income
I'm a training freak lol. Also watch full matches (sped up ) and do my own analysis in match and do tweeks when needed. Find it helps keep my form as i got total control.
I think there is value if in a losing streak to actually watch a full game. I never used data hub and I'm 9 seasons in, in my Dover save
My big issue is I have higher xG every game, and st data says should be first but am in 10th-12th consistently with Sheff Wed. Not sure how to change that, they are better and out playing everyone with good finishing. All opponents just get 1 shot 1 goal luck.
I took my Welling side up and third season was pushing city for a title challenge. Top for 4 weeks, won at United, beat arsenal, Newcastle , drew with city and Chelsea, lost about 4 games in first 22. I'm now in relegation form. Midtable finish which is fine but I'm seriously worried about next season. No idea how it's gone from being so good to winning 1 in 8 games.
What do I do if I'm playing on xbox console as it's don't have team meetings as well as dynamics in the game
In my experience, have a good captain 18-20 Leadership. Bruno Fernandes hypes up the squad when a bad form appears.
last night i lost to bottom of the table in series A 6-3 when I'm challenging for Europa league another big issue I'm having now is shocking keeper decisions acting like a sweeper keeper when that's not their roles on top and I'm at a loss in trying to sort my defence out into my 6th season at Lazio and still conceding 2 goals a game
if you find yourself winning or even doing well but losing to a bigger side when at end of match when in injury time with two minutes left hit the shout praise every time it's free morale

We tried everything, but nothing seemed to work for us. Despite having better expected goals (xG) and more possession, we couldn't find the back of the net. On the other hand, the opposition made it look too easy, scoring goals with relative ease.
Easy way once latest game is over save then close and shut down comp or laptop. Walk away and have a think about things.
I'm doing a forest career won abt 7 or 8 prem matches in a row now rock bottom of prem abt 15 points to get out of relegation
I'm in the lower reaches of the English game (8th tier) so you only have like 2 days with 2 training sessions. Mostly the last two sessions in front of an important game fierce rivals or a game between two main rivals for the top spot I do a teamwork session and a team bonding session. The first two sessions in that week I do my match practice. They are fit get a small boost as well and mostly play a real good game then.
bruh my friendlies and my prep for the season as Werder Bremen was so good I drew against Bayern 2:2 and the other matches I all won. Now im on a 7 Match no win streak with 4 draws and 3 losses

I am underperforming my XG by -17.27 and I haven’t won since January and it’s April in the league and I still sit in 11th position I’ve tried everything but nothing will work. I’m tired

i regret my life choices. managed england and won every game, decided to take the luton job 25 games in the premier league season cuz i got bored of england and 5 games in i lost 2 games 5-0, currently losing to brentford 4-0 and only got 1 draw to leicester lmao so i needed this

So I cant figure out my problem. York city save from fm22 and been in the prem for over ten seasons now. Runners up several times but never won. End of Jan was top of league by 7 points then since Feb had 3 wins only and ended up 5th. Problem was I was top 4 until last day so dynamics was always really high. No obvious issues. Creating lots of chances. Just NONE of my players could score EASY chances. Devastated. First game in next season a 1-1 draw with Burnley. Again. Dynamics super high but players missing absolute sitters. Help!
