Tommy and Recovery 2.0 Team - is it possible for you to get the full screen video ads switched off on this? It is such a powerful set, and very accessible to people new to kundalini yoga - but so counterproductive to be interrupted by a harsh commercial reality 3x(!) during the sequence. If the ads can't be stopped, perhaps you could take this video down and upload anew??
I would say that is a good thing, during some exercises / mantra it can bring up emotions, sit with these emotions, accept, surrender and release. Try to keep doing the exercise, possible listening and practice long deep breathing.
