I try not to listen and just ignore them but they never stop. And now I'm off work for 2 months and have a lot of time on my hands. Going to the gym right now to fight them

Its so draining, I dont want to go out because of it. I suffer from social,anxiety every interaction I think what did say how did I act. Overthinking hurts my head I keep going over and over and over the thoughts. Thank you for the advice
I will try the flicking method! Anxiety is so stupid! I get anxious when I start feeling calm because I'm not used to feeling at peace! I will break this thought loop with love and meditation and wil FLICK IT AWAY!! 😂 Thank you!
